For me this experience has changed my self confidence forever. I was never blessed with breasts of any kind, and after having 2 babies you can imagine the toll they took. I never felt feminine and was always afraid to actually follow through on a surgery. That’s where Dr. Thayer comes in. He seriously changed my life! I think the process is always going to be a little personally difficult differently for each individual and him and his staff always answered any questions or concerns I have/had. He always made me feel safe and has great bedside manner. You can also tell he loves his job and what he does for people. So if you’re questioning about it. Just go in. Have a consult. You won’t regret it.

The best thing I have ever done for myself! Dr. Butz is the surgeon you want if you are considering plastic surgery. I had a mommy makeover 4 weeks ago which included a tummy tuck, lipo 360, breast augmentation and mastopexy. It has only been 4 weeks, but I am already blown away by my results. What he has done for me has been life changing already and I am so appreciative. Dr. Butz (and everyone at Quintessa) makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Dr Butz does great work, very talented and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Drainless is the way to go! I had a very easy recovery, never needed anything stronger then acetaminophen. My results at 3 month are beyond expectations. I wish I would have done this sooner!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thayer and his incredible team. Going into surgery, I was honestly scared. This was a big decision for me, and I had moments of anxiety wondering if I was doing the right thing. From my very first appointment, Dr. Thayer made me feel calm, informed, and completely safe. He listened carefully to what I wanted, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. I had a lower body lift, thigh lift, and torsoplasty Fleur-de-lis, which are not small procedures. Recovery was emotional at times, and there were vulnerable moments where I needed reassurance. I did my breast augmentation and lift with Dr. Butz in 2025 and the results exceeded my expectations. It definitely was worth the trip from Canada! What really stood out was the exceptional care and support I received - the nurses and Dr. Butz were always available to help, day or night. My experience with Dr. Campbell was amazing! Him and his staff were very professional and attentive. My neck/upper eyelid lift went smoothly with no pain ,easy recovery and excellent results. I look natural and younger!

From start to finish, this was truly the best experience. I have always been incredibly insecure about my arms. No matter how thin or fit I was, I carried fat in my upper arms, and every outfit decision revolved around what would cover them. I had two consultations for my arms, one with another well-known Milwaukee plastic surgeon, and one with Dr. Thayer. The difference was night and day. During my first consultation, I felt judged before the doctor even walked into the room. After barely looking at my arms, I was told that liposuction wouldn’t help me and that I would need an arm lift. I left feeling dismissed and discouraged. My appointment with Dr. Thayer was the complete opposite. He actually talked with me. He asked about my goals, why I wanted the procedure, carefully evaluated my arms, including my skin laxity. Dr. Thayer confidently explained that arm liposuction combined with ReJuvion skin tightening could give me the results I wanted- without large scars across my arms! Dr. Thayer’s bedside manner was impeccable, and his entire team treated me with genuine kindness and care throughout the entire process. I laugh about it, but I call him Picasso. My arms look INCREDIBLE!!!!! I now wear T-shirts, tank tops, and dresses I would have never picked up before. Something that had bothered me my entire life is no longer a source of insecurity. I don’t angle my body, hide my arms, or avoid clothes that cover them. I wear them and feel beautiful. Dr. Thayer never made me feel judged or embarrassed for wanting to change something about my body. He listened, he cared, and he delivered amazing results!! My advice: get multiple consultations and choose the surgeon who truly listens to you and respects your goals. I didn’t need massive scars across my arms to achieve these arms, like I was told. I just needed a skilled doctor who cared.
