$2,000 Halo Treatment With No Noticeable Improvement
I had a Halo laser treatment at Quintessa Aesthetic Center in Brookfield, WI, which cost approximately $2,000.
After healing, I did not see a noticeable or meaningful improvement in skin tone or texture.
When I raised concerns, I was told results can vary and may require additional sessions, but my concern about lack of visible improvement was not meaningfully addressed.
I also experienced a scheduling issue during recovery from a broken foot when an appointment was canceled upon arrival due to incorrect contact information in their system which caused a significant inconvenience.
I later requested consideration for a corrective or additional treatment, but the clinic declined and stated they would no longer continue elective aesthetic services with me.
Based on my experience, I feel expectations around results and follow-up care were not met given the cost of the procedure.
