Staff is very supportive and caring about patient comfort

Staff is very supportive and caring about patient comfort during procedure. Everyone from front desk to support staff is friendly and personable! Technician took the time to explain procedure and what follow up I needed to do to maximize results desired.

Too many unnecessary mistakes that could have been avoided

Just a heads heads up to anyone thinking about going to this surgery center for cosmetic surgery....Don't go. The doctor that performed the surgery is fairly good; however since it only been 3 weeks since my surgery and I can't see the full results I will wait to comment on the outcome in another review regarding my thigh lift. The front staff is ok, however a few of the  assistants and office manager is unknowlegable and not thorough with regard what is needed for a successful outcome after surgery....as I had a very expensive thigh lift and inter thighs lipo which I was initially charged $6400, however when I went in 2 days before my surgery th PA suggested that that it would be better if I had liposuction in addition which was not mentioned when I had my initial visit with the surgeon who was going to perform  the percedure....that was an additional $5000.00 for the liposuction which SHOULD had been mentioned initially so that I could had made a clear decision before locking in the intial $6400 non refundable fee and then stating that the procedure would be better if I added on inner thigh lipo (extremely poor communication). They were having a $500.00 discount on liposuction and I assumed I was entitled as I had not had my surgery and was unaware I needed the liposuction until 2 days before my surgery and added the liposuction on within the time frame listed on their website. After talking to their accounting department and getting nowhere I requested to speak to the office manager (Emily)? I explained to her the situation in  detail why I felt I was entitled to the $500.00 discount and she argued me down and stated no over and over...extremely poor customer service. The full price of the surgery should have included the  $5000.00 for inter thighs lipo which was suggested and added on per the PA two days before my surgery.  The surgery went fairly well as I stated above will post after all the healing is complete and I can see the full outcome; however with the liposuction in my inner thights was down to my knees which I discussed with the PA and  she agreed and discussed with the performing surgeon. The compression garment that was put on my body after an $11000.00 surgery was incorrect the garment came above my knees eventhough my inner thights and knees were liposuction UNACCEPTABLE...I called the office the next day and informed them that the compression garment was incorrect and they  assured me they would mail the correct one immediately. My surgery was over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received the correct compression garment...again UNACCEPTABLE. The compression garment is EXTREMELY important with the healing process for a good outcome with regard to the skin attaching to the body; again I've called all of 4 to 5 times with no garment in sight,  Emily and Mercedes were both notified several times...I  do understand that everyone is busy, however I did my part by paying for a service and expected the service to be professional, thorough, complete and to my satisfaction and understanding with communicating the complete process and not adding on after I paid in full and adding on after the fact with no way of getting my intial payment refunded if I changed my mind with regards to the additional add on procedure that the PA stated would be helpful. Just speaking on my experience and there were too many unnecessary mistakes that could have been avoided had a check list or better communication with all involved with my surgery...NOT a place I would recommend.

Surgery didn't make me look younger at all, only older

On 9/19/2022, Dr Jeffrey DeWeese did a facelift for me, after I woke up from his surgery, I found he had sent me to the "Hell". 1. His surgery was completely failed. He didn't make me look younger at all, only older. Big scars all over my neck, my ears, my head(fortunately covered by hair). My neck was connected to jaw messily - please see the photos attached with this review.2. I got a MAJOR complication(among the many) - terrible tightness of my face and neck. I'm feeling the muscle tugging at my face under the loose skin, as if tree roots is growing all over my face and neck, even skull. Tingling pain from time to time around the the areas of my both ears. As of today, it's not subsided at all, only worse after taking the medication he prescribed.3. He encouraged me to do Aspen ultrasound treatment as much as I can. I refused to pay additional $1000 for the treatment, he said: no pay no treatment. The problem was caused by his failed surgery. Why should I pay for his mistake?4. I asked him: If Botox injection could relieve my facial muscle tightness or not? First he answered:" I've never heard Botox can relax facial muscle." But when I asked him later again. He said the truth to me:" Botox is so expensive. I can't give the injections to you for free." That meant: I have to pay for his malpractice if I want to make the correction. I told him if he could cure the horrible tightness problem, I would like to pay him additional $10,000 afterwards. He refused heartlessly.5. During his surgery, he carelessly dropped some stuff into my right ear which caused severe pain in my ear for about a week. He told me that he got no flashlight. Then he blindly stuck a little ear-pick tool into my ear and guessed: “Might drop some blood inside during the surgery. Not a big deal. Go to wash it.” 2 days later I went to see an ENT Doctor because of the severe pain. The ENT doctor told me: "Your ear already got mold. Washing your ear will make the problem worse." He used a suction to clean out the dity stuff inside my ear completely. Then prescribed medication for me to kill the ear mold. One week later, my ear was fully cured. Dr DeWeese claimed that he has been a plastic surgeon for around 30 years and has done more than 500 facelifts. If his claims were true, then he's really not smart enough - practiced 30 years and more than 500 victims have not advanced his skills.

Damaged Arms

Do not go to Precision MD. Dr. Khattab is not experienced in this procedure. He promised me that I could trust hi and he would do a good job and even sculpt my arms. The outcome was a lie. He damaged my arms. I have been to my regular doctor and consults from other professionals and they all told me he is not skilled and damaged the tissue and took out too much fat. When I approached him with my concern he told me he did a good job and even sculpted my arms. This man is an Internist doctor and obviously he did not have the skilled training and is taking advantage of the vulnerable. My procedure was done on 5/31/2018. I never received pre-op forms or post OP forms. When I became suspicious of his actions I asked for a copy of my medical records and his unprofessional action was... What are you going to do sue me? I was going to give you a good deal on another procedure, but forget it now!.. This is not the kind of doctor you want. What is more shocking is that when I finally received my medical records they were so unprofessional. Two different documents saying two different procedures were done and not only to my arms, but my stomach too. WOW!So people please do your homework! Ask lots of questions, ask how any times did he perform this type of performance and how much training. Also those medical records are yours.Make sure you also get before and after photos and if you have a procedure done from him and are not happy with your results contact the Medical board and ask them to mail you a complaint form. The complaint form also has a page for you to sign release of your records to them so they can do their investigation.Since this horrible situation has happened to me I have co e across seven other unsatisfied people.Don't be fooled by the beautiful looking building!! Laguna blvd/Big Horn.I am going to attach my before and after photos and you be the judge.

Unsatisfied with Procedures Completed

My experience was not very good, this was my first procedure & was so excited! I had been wanting liposuction for so long. I had great expectations but I almost fainted after the procedure & the Dr. didn't seem to even care. The work done didn't turn out as promised, I had a bulge on one side of my tummy & so I asked to have it fixed & I was told to wait a few weeks well it never went away & he would do a touch up. I ended up paying about $2000 more for other treatments that were painful & didn't help at all. I was very unsatisfied & ended up paying $10,000.

Waste of Money

Not a fan of this place or the Sculptra treatments. Physician was condescending and office was definitely not as clean as you would expect for a medical office. I spent $6k for literally nothing. I walked away with constant power back pain which didn't exist until this procedure was completed. I understand I signed an agreement that 1 treatment wouldn't work but I didn't think I'd walk away with 0 results. Not worth it in my opinion. Should have went with Dr.Fisher in Florida for the same price for a BBL

Office review: Waste of Time If Not Spending Thousands

I made an appointment for acne treatment. I have very mild acne, unresolved by the topicals I've been prescribed by a previous dermatologist, hyperpigmentation, and hair loss. When making the appointment I was told that the office charges a $100 fee for cancellation. Unfortunately, I was in a minor car accident on the first scheduled appointment. At this point, I did not have transportation to a follow up appointment. I was told that I must reschedule to prevent being charged the cancellation fee. I had to rent a vehicle and drive 45 minutes to the appointment. Upon arrival, I was given the "new patient" paperwork to complete (approx. 6 pages). On the last page, it asked to initial the following: one question stated that if you give a review on social media regarding the doctor or facility, they could respond using your medical information, I did not initial it. The receptionist explained that I could not be seen without initialing it. I said, "well I don't mind if anyone responding to my comments, but I do not want my medical information released on the web, that's a hipaa violation". She said, "well if you don't initial it, we can't see you today, it's our policy". I told her that they should explain that policy over the phone prior to patients choosing to drive their for an appointment. Long story short, I was escorted to the back by a lady. Who sat down with me for 5 minutes, then asked "what are you here for today"? My initial thoughts were, I just completed all of that paperwork, did you even bother to read it, or was it a waste of my time? So, I told her that I've been seen my several dermatologists and no one has help me resolve my acne issues. I pulled out the topicals that I was currently using (that she didn't even bother to look at). She pulled out her pen and started writing down on my paperwork the price for Halo Laser treatment. I expressed my concerns that laser would make the hyperpigmentation worse since I'm African-American (which I was told by all previous dermatologists). She was adamant that the Halo was a million dollar machine and this office had the only one in California? Also, it's safe and effective for everyone. She goes on to show me before/after photos (mostly non-ethnic patients) who's had treatment. Honestly, for the total price of two treatments ($3600) I didn't think the post-treatment results were amazing. Most patients had severe acne with dark spots, which improved, but didn't completely go away, it still looked pretty bad afterwards. I asked her for other options. She told me that there was really nothing else that would work since I already tried topicals. I'm disappointed because she failed to even examine my skin, overlook my history/paperwork, and when I requested other options she didn't give me any because of her realizing I wasn't going to pay $3600 for laser treatment, that could possibly make my skin worse. I had to literally beg, for anything that I could "try" that could potentially help. She then gave me a glycolic acid cleanser and pads. I had to "ask" should I use them with the current products I were using. No care instructions or anything else given. Basically, if you're not spending thousands on lasers or cosmetic procedures, they're not interested in helping you. And this is my interaction with the office manager named Lisa Amun. I never saw Dr. Khattab. Is it even legal that the manager is giving medical advice and doing consultations? I noticed Dr. Khattab on the way out leaving a patient's room (only recognized him from seeing his photo on his website). I had no idea who the female was I was speaking with until I went to her office and looked at her business card.

Office review: never experienced such an attitude before

worst place I've ever been. I was scheduled for a pre-procedure consultation, an appointment for the procedure, and $250 was charged from my card. When I arrived for the procedure, it turned out that the procedure needed to be rescheduled, since I used retinol serum. I spent 2 hours on a trip to a consultation, then the same amount to come to the procedure, but they just apologized and rescheduled. What was the initial consultation for? Is it not to discuss whether there are any contraindications? I accepted their apologies. But when I called more than 24 hours in advance and explained that I had problems and was stuck in Wisconsin and could not return on time, I asked to reschedule the appointment, they said no. They did not fine me, but removed the cost of the entire procedure. I have never experienced such an attitude before. This is the worst place and I don't recommend it to anyone.
