Luxxery - Waldorf

I’m not very big on writing reviews unless everything went really well, or it was the worst and I’m sending a warning for others not to follow. I just finished getting one of Dr. Hakki’s drainless tummy tucks/lipo of bra roll/shelf/batwing. I’m a 47 year old mother who’s had a c-section, hernia surgery, and a myomectomy to remove fibroids. All of these different surgeries, coupled with carrying a son had left my stomach like many other women- a complete disaster area that while my husband never complained about- I very much wanted to change. I’m relatively active either walking the neighborhood, or attending the gym. I met Dr. Hakki, because I was very interested in this drainless method as I have read the numerous complaints of the irritating drains. I’ve also giggled at some of the creativity women have come up with to handle them for sometimes up to two weeks beyond their procedure. Dr. Hakki is an up front, experienced, and informative doctor, with an amazing team to back him up. Each step of the way, I was treated with complete respect, from every phone call, email, and yes multiple visits before I made my final selection to have my procedure right here in the local DMV - Luxxery located in Waldorf. Yes I did visit two other popular locations, and yes prices did fluctuate both higher, and lower at the other locations I visited. I’m in the hospitality business, and I have never felt more comfortable during a medical procedure in my life. I did my research and then scheduled my date for this past Thursday morning. Although my husband was aware of me wanting this for many years, he was not very comfortable once the big day came. Dr. Hakki and his team put his mind at ease prior to my surgery, and he even wrote a review right after my procedure was done. No question went unanswered, and I am only on day 4 of recovery, and I simply can’t wait to start uploading some photos. I met two women who were trying to decide if they would move forward with Dr. Hakki and his team the next day for my post-op appointment. Ladies I was able to walk, and go through my examination just fine. So many were shocked how well I was getting around on the day after. I can’t imagine adding drain maintenance to the list, and I’m so glad I didn’t have too. I can confidently highly recommend Dr. Hakki for his professional experience, my results which will only continue to please me, and his wonderful experienced team made my tummy tuck journey well worth it, and not a situation that some other doctor has to fix, or give me results that I’m not happy with. This is an investment, not only because of the financial cost, but because of the toll it will take on your work schedule, your care takers, and yourself. I am lucky enough to have both my husband, and my son to help me during my recovery- mostly my husband of course, and a group of friends who have been texting me while I get better. My experience with Dr. Hakki and the Luxxery team has been nothing but amazing. I had liposculpture done by Dr. Hakki and he has changed my body for the better, I went from being shaped like Spongebob to having Beyonce-like curves! Dr. Hakki was very direct and realistic about what to expect with my results from the surgery and that it would take time for me to heal before I could really see my true results. It's only been a few months and my body looks better than ever...I've been getting compliments non-stop about how great I look. Also, when I went to one of my follow-up visits I had a terribly huge cystic pimple on my face...I didn't know if it was a boil or a pimple. Carla noticed the pimple right away and told Dr. Hakki about it. He examined my pimple and gave me an injection that made the pimple go away within 24 hours! This man is highly knowledgeable, an outstanding plastic surgeon, witty , an all-around great guy and I would trust him with my life...I love Dr. Hakki and he was highly recommended to me. As a 46-year old mom of two, I am in pretty good shape due to regular workouts; but exercise, age and breastfeeding definitely took a toll on my breasts. They were droopy, deflated and not at all nice to look at naked. But that is no longer the case...Almost a year ago, I began doing some cursory research on breast augmentation. My research led me to the Luxxery website. On a whim, I completed an online consultation request form. Within just a few hours, I received an email response and was scheduled for an appointment for the next week. When I went in for my consultation, I had my questions ready - but was a little anxious, because all the online research in the world can't give you all the right questions to ask or tell you what to expect when you go to a plastic surgeon's office for the first time. In fact, there is so much information out there that it can make you feel more confused than when you started. And electing to have plastic surgery of any kind isn't like buying a car -- or at least it shouldn't be. You absolutely need to feel like you trust the experience and judgment of the professionals you're working with. You need to feel comfortable and if you're lucky -- you feel like your doctor and his staff are not only the best at what they do -- but that they care about you having an end result you will truly be happy with when all is said and done. I feel so fortunate that I got exactly that with Dr. Ayman Hakki and his staff at Luxxery. Dr. Hakki is competent, charming, a little cocky and a true artist with the work he does. He and cosmetic consultant Carla were able to discern exactly what I wanted, even when I honestly hadn't yet figured it all out for myself. They were very open about the possibility of risks, and from the start set realistic expectations about what I would end up with, given the amount of lift I needed and the amount of breast tissue I was starting with. Regarding the finances, Carla was super responsive and made all of my financial options and responsibilities very easy to understand. I went to Luxxery on a whim, but I left feeling confident that I wanted to have the procedure, and that I’d found the right place to do it after that first visit. After formally committing to have the mastopexy/augmentation, I went back twice more for consultations regarding sizing. Since I didn't have anyone to go with me to offer opinions, I was grateful for insights and suggestions the consultants provided. They were so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I had real friends there with me that were giving me their honest opinions. But I never felt pushed or overly influenced to do anything except what felt right for me. In the end, I had a general idea of the implant size I wanted, but I felt comfortable that Dr. Hakki and his surgical staff would adjust the size of the implant during the procedure to what would look attractive, proportional and work well for me given my lifestyle and activity level.The procedure itself was a breeze and went exactly as they'd explained. Of course there was discomfort for a few days, but again, Dr. Hakki and his staff were attentive and available any time I had a question about what was normal or not -- and what I could or shouldn't do. Following Dr. Hakki’s instructions, I was back up to speed and able to handle most of my normal activities in very little time. Bottom line: I am thrilled with my breasts and would unquestionably recommend Dr. Hakki and the staff at Luxxery to anyone who is considering plastic surgery. I went from sad and saggy to well-proportioned and perky with 360cc implants. I am very happy with where I am today. I will definitely go back to Dr. Hakki and Luxxery if I choose to have any additional enhancements.

I've always been pretty fit im 5'9 average weight 160 turning 29 this past July its not clubbing as much i realized most of my weaight started to stick to my midsection and sort of gave me a ruler apperance and my little butt i did have sort of faded away constantly not buying clothes becuase it did fit right and i wanted it back plus some! I had my first procedure in February 2012 and I've been turning heads ever since way MORE Curves =) love handles GONE my fat uner my bra GONE my waist SMALL and a BUBBLE butt i was happy but i wanted more volume so I had revision surgery on 13 Sep and I am more than satified with my results already I look so curvy and NATURAL. I get so many compliments im confident not having to suck in my stomach in all of the time and wear booty pads. I LOVE Dr. Hakki, his wife Hibba, and Carla especially but the Luxxery staff are so accomodating they really changed my life!

His staff will tell you lies abs have you imagining things just to cover up the lies they tell, I urge you to leave this place before you end up looking like me where I don’t feel comfortable being in public because they gave me another face with fat patches stuck in there for life, it looks like I have 3 noses! Updated on 13 Dec 2022: I initially went in for the under eye surgery for my bags. He did the fat grafting instead, I told him that would not work because seven years ago I had the Juvéderm well Lord, behold the day and work, and this time I’m left with fat patches around my nose, so it looks like I have three noses dummy went back to him again he did the surgery and I’m still walking around with light weight I bags, and of course three noses I urge you to run while you can before he messes up your face like he did mine, which no surgeons will touch that area at all because it’s very sensitive to saying I could go blind if I get surgery done to that area so I’m stuck looking the way I am so I urge you to run fast as you can Updated on 19 Dec 2022: I went in for a simple lower eye bleph, he decided to do fat grafting instead, cause fat pockets around my nose, I look like I have 3 noses, blocked lymphatic drainage system, now I wake up sick every day with a swollen face everyday besides the fat pockets I have in my face and still the eye bags!

I had an Abdominoplasty with Lipo in 2015 which left me with the upper part of my abdominal area to noticeably stick out. I decided 2 years later to the BodyTite. During my BodyTite procedure, I was severely burnt on my left of my abdomen, which to this day left a very ugly burnt scar. The PS office provided me with products to help heal the burn and to try and lighten the area, which of course did not work.After my 1 year followup (during that one year, I visit the office 3 times for them to check out my burnt scar and to see if my bodytite results were coming along and at these appointments, I made my concerns that I was not satisfied with my results and we also discussed possible surgery to fix the burnt area), my end result left my stomach area to be lumpy and my belly button and area around my belly button to stick out and the permanent burn scar.At the last follow up appointment and where I finally realize that this office did not care about my final outcome and tried to make it seem like "oh wow you look great and lost some weight" mind you, I am still the same weight that I have been for 2 years, nothing gained or loss, so I was saying to myself really, I did not do this to lose weight, I did this to have my stomach flat and look good without my clothes on.Also at this appointment, the PS never came in the room to even look at my outcome (normally from the time that I had my TT in 2015 and thru all my follow ups, he would come in and look a the results, but it was strange that this time he did not make his way thru to look at his final result from his work...Of course at this point, there was not need to have the surgery to fix the burnt scar because surgery would leave a scar as well. Let me just say this, I do know that there are risk when having these type of procedures done, but I was so disappointed because, from my TT, lipo, coolsculpt and bodytite, I never received a satisfying result from either. I also notice that when they take their pictures to show you, they do something with the picture to show you to make it look like your results are different than what you see, but thankfully, I take my own before and after pictures and can see my actual results.The pictures that I am posting are pictures of me before the bodytite procedure (which is 2 years after my tummy tuck) , during the one year recovery and the 1 year final results.

My goal is to get back to me! I have not had my surgery yet. I am nervous but excited and have done a lot of research. I will be having the no drain PTS procedure, liposuction to my flanks and back. I am considering liposuction to my arms as well. My procedure will be done at Luxxery Cosmetic Surgery in Waldorf, MD.
