From my initial consultation up to today Dr. Globerman and the staff have been prompt and nothing but the best. I had my procedure did January 27th. It was fast and u must say I experienced very little pain and discomfort, I only took my pain meds for 1 day and then I was good after that. I can honestly say I developed an hematoma but once the doctor noticed it I was right back in the office the next week to fix and and done then I’ve been healing amazingly. I’m so happy with my results. It’s been almost 2 months since the initial surgery and a month for the left breast that had to done over again. They’re dropping and looking symmetrical, and getting softer by the day. I can’t wait to be completely healed. I can’t lie that office gets very busy and majority of the staff speak Spanish but overall they are great and I’d book another surgery with them in a heartbeat.
I started out wanting implant with the lift (plus it’s what the other plastic surgeons said I had to do to get the “youthful” appearance )due to heavy sagging and after searching online came across Dr. Globerman at Plus Breast center. From the first call for the consultation to post op appointment everyone at the center have been phenomenal!!! Answered any questions I had, they offered refreshments and the best thing ever is I never waited for anything at all. This doctor made me feel and look young again and my boobs look like I have implants which I don’t. In fact my boyfriend keeps saying they look so good there is no way that you don’t have implants lol! I’m happy even though it hasn’t been a week I can tell They will be more awesome day by day. Updated on 16 Oct 2019: 3 months post op. Besides the slight indentation in my left nipple that will go away with massage sand time, I have no complaints whatsoever. Dr. Globerman is the best with breast lift without implants in my opinion I searched for a longtime and luckily stumbled across him. Thank God!
I have been contemplating on getting a breast augmentation for so many years. Finally, had it done 3 weeks ago at Plus (+) (+) Breast Augmentation Center under the expert hands of Dr. Globerman. He is really thorough, cautious and competent. The Center is clean with new equipments, staffed with caring professionals who went above and beyond with their services. I am so glad that I chose this facility, highly recommended without a doubt. Many thanks to Dr. Globerman, Loyda, Janis and everyone who were involved in my care. I am healing well and happy with my experience and outcome of my breast augmentation. Updated on 4 Jan 2019: Here are my BEFORE & AFTER photos. I have Natrell Inspira SRM 405 cc over the muscles as recommended by Dr. Globerman. First 3 days after the surgery was the hardest, I was up and about though my whole body was sore. Felt like I attended a boot camp work out. At 2 weeks post-op, I developed frozen right shoulder, probably caused by limited ROM to my shoulder since I was not allowed to lift my arms over my head for 2 weeks. Anyhow, I would say I am pleased with my BA, pain and swelling are now minimal. No regrets at all. Again, Plus (+) (+) Breast Augmentation Center is a safe, friendly and excellent facility... and Dr. Globerman is amazing.
I've been waiting very long time to do this. I've been a member on RealSelf since 2016 and been watching everybody doing this procedure and still was hesitant about doing it. A lot of reviews were not very pleasant, but a lot were very nice and with very beautiful results. Very unexpectedly I came across this Center called "Plus (+)(+) Breast Augmentation Center" and prices on their website were shockingly affordable. Free consultation also was a plus for me to go and check it out. So, after consultation I am signing up for a surgery in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, and here I am, having a surgery at this beautifully equipped center with Dr. Globerman. Excellent doctor with over 30 years of experience. I loved the way I was treated. His support team was very caring and made me feel like royalty. Their anesthesiologist is very high professional and he even shared with me his impressive experience. Everyone was very professional including every single person on board. Now I am 1 week post-op, and the only complain I have is - I can't sleep on my side. Need to sleep on my back. Shape at the moment is not a final result, implants will be dropping, moving, settling, making home in my boobies :) Plus swelling is still an issue and skin feels very tight. Learning from other experiences they should be very nice looking in about 3-6 months. I will be posting my progress, and of course a lot of pictures. Updated on 2 Jul 2018: Healing is in process. No major problems I can report. The only thing I don't like is very numb/tingly sensation on both of my sides under my arms. As you see on the pictures, scars had to go farther under my armpits, because my "before" boobs were folding that far under my arms, and doctor had to tapered kind of thing, just like a fabric :) Other than that - bruising is very minimal, I use for scars twice a day Bacitracin, because I can't use Neosporin. I think it is really help to keep my scars nice and with minimal issues. I do have very small leakage at the T junction under my right breast. Some kind of yellowish liquid with hint of blood. Doc said - not to worry, all normal. Another down side is that I need to sleep on my back elevated - helps swelling to come down faster. I am not a back sleeper, so it's killing me. I have to take Tylenol PM every night to get myself to sleep thru the night. Updated on 5 Jul 2018: Hello everyone, today is 2 weeks since my surgery and everyday I discover new sensations and new feelings. Thanks God my body is healing well, and scars are not very scary looking. Probably combination of a good doctor and my own genetics :)) I took few close up pictures this time. They are little bit blurry, but you can get an idea of the way they look now. I still have yellowish discharge from the T-connection under the breast, therefore I have to wear gauze padding. The most discomfort I am feeling now is on the sides, under my armpits. I have shootings, tingles, pain around level 2-3 (not even enough to take a pill). I can lift my arm ok, but if I need to reach something from the top shelf, I can't stretch that far. Boobies are still very tight, swollen, but overall doing ok. Updated on 12 Jul 2018: Sorry no pics today, but I will do them tomorrow, I promise. What's new in the past week happened? Oh boy, where do I start... I have terribly sensitive breasts, to be exact sides, under my arms. They hurt, they sensitive to cold. I have to wear long sleeve shirts in Florida in the middle of summer, because if cold hits my sides, I am getting horrible reaction, like my whole body gets electrocuted. But if I am outside... aahhh, nothing hurts. I assume that's nerves coming back and it is not pleasant AT ALL.... That weird pain is constant, and I need to keep my boobies warm if I don't want to get electrocuted sensation. This week I started taking Ibuprofen - thanks God, will help with swelling coming down, and if dosage little bit higher - helps with pain of course. Tomorrow I will have 3 weeks PO appointment with my doctor, I am sure he will be happy, because nothing really bad to report - only standard healing process. I really wish I can get over this stage already when my breasts are so sensitive to the point of being super painful. I wonder how much longer that stage continue? Hopefully now, after 3 weeks I will start going into better direction, swelling should start going down, and hopefully pain too. Come check my pics tomorrow :))) Updated on 16 Jul 2018: Sorry for not posting pictures on Friday, but really got caught up with things. These pictures were taking on Friday, which is 3 weeks and 1 day PO. I already wrote about issues I had on week 3. Now I am on week 4 and finally I can tell that I starting feeling better, no pain on the sides anymore, but under my armpits it is still numbness. I don't mind numbness as long as it is not crazy sensitive to the point of being painful. I got some acne going on on my chest, and not sure what to about it. Doc said it could some kind of yeast, but not sure if that's for real. As you see on the pictures boobies healing fine, still a lot of swelling, but scars look good. Updated on 19 Jul 2018: Hello there, it has been 4 weeks, and I think I slowed down on my progress. To me they look the same and no changes for the past week. Little bit frustrated, because would like to see changes every week, and now I am thinking if they will stay like this from now on. They still don't look natural to me, I am not in love with them at the moment. Of course I know that they are better than they were before surgery, but this is not what I really want. Aaarrrhh, hopefully I am wrong and they will get better. Like I said before I am still struggling with acne on my chest, and trying different things to get rid of. My right is still sitting higher and actually better shaped that left. Swelling on my left is going under my armpit. I have hard time to put both arms together in front of me, because I feel boob under my arm. I just hope it's swelling and not something else, and it will go away with time. I guess I need to be patient. And I don't mind, but for when there is no change for a whole week - that's upsets me :( Also my scars still sipping yellowish liquid under the boob every now and then, and because of that I can't start scar therapy. My scars under the boobs are really bothering me, they really hurt , but mostly towards the end of the day. Anyway, today is not very positive post, because I feel like I have a setback instead of going forward. Sorry, hopefully I will get better in couple of days :( Updated on 20 Jul 2018: I want to post these pictures, because recently I noticed that my scars at the cleavage area started to look little bit bumpy and hard to touch, I am afraid that I might be getting hypertrophic/keloid scars. Can someone relate and what should I do. It has been only 4 weeks since my surgery. Updated on 25 Jul 2018: Just now noticed that under my left breast I've got this strange bubble on the scar. I am freaking out, what if it will pop, what will happen next, is there liquid, blood???? I am not happy with this and need anybody to help me if you know what it is and what should I do. I have follow up appointment with my doctor on Friday, should I wait or run to the urgent care... Updated on 27 Jul 2018: As I wrote before I had this blister/bump on my scar area, yesterday. I rushed to see doctor and right when I came to his office, it burst. Doctor said they call this "spitting suture". Sometimes instead of dissolving the sutures, your body will push the foreign object (suture) out of your body. When it does this, they call it spitting a stitch. It creates a pocket which filled with liquid, blood or puss and then it will either bursts by itself or doctor need to open it up. It is a common part of healing. Just weird. This is how it looks today. Doctor prescribed antibiotics, some strong ointment and took culture test. Hopefully it will get better soon. Updated on 2 Aug 2018: Ok, guys, today is 6 weeks since my surgery. A lot of thing changed, and you can see on the pictures that boobies are doing better, however right one still riding high, and I don't really like squarish look of my left side under the armpit. Not sure if it will change, but I hope it will. My wound from spitting stitch is healing nicely and getting smaller. I had ups and downs with my journey, got regrets, and difficult times. At this moment I am not even sure that I did it the right thing, but hopefully I will start feeling better soon. Updated on 12 Mar 2020: Hello guys, I haven't posted here for a very long time. Was very upset, and not in the mood. Now I need to start moving. I wanted to ask if someone been in the situation like mine, and if someone can recommend a very good attorney in South Florida area. I will be going and changing my post about the doctor who did my surgery, and will tell everyone to stay away from him as far as possible. Not very long time after my original surgery my left breast start severely going under my armpit, and apparently it happened because sack which holds the implant is ruptured. So, when I went to the clinic and showed them my problem, they told me that they can correct that. At the same time I decided that since I will be going under anesthesia anyway, I wanted to change my implants for a higher profile and slightly bigger. That's another thing, that doctor never even recommend me a correct implant for my body structure. With my first set of implants I looked like an undeveloped teenager. I always had large breasts and wanted to save the same cup size, and he did, but the profile was so shallow that it looked smaller. So I decided (after my own research) that I need taller implants that they would actually show. So they showed me a bill, which was higher than I originally paid, and when I asked why is such a big difference, they told me because when implants gets changed there is a lot of cleaning involved, blah, blah, blah. I agreed and paid for my second surgery, which MAIN reason was actually to fix my sack where implant goes. After about a week post surgery, I developed the same problem, but this time way worse. First of all since implant was bigger, problem was bigger as well. When I came to complain, Doctor said that it is my body's fault, my muscles are pushing implant out (really?!) But then he also said that I should wear underwire bra for about a month to three months and the sack should grow back together (again - really?!) Also when I asked him what are we going to do if it wouldn't grow back together? I can't live with the boob under my armpit. He said that he will not do another surgery, because it wouldn't fix it. Of course I was crushed, and also because after several months it didn't happened no matter how hard I tried. I was wearing bra 24/7, I was using K-Tape, which gave me crazy rash with blisters and it was so painful that even when the clothes were touching it, it was a horror. I healed, and by then decided to go and look for the second opinion from other doctors. And how surprised I was, when I find out that my doctor didn't do what he was supposed to do - very simple - he had to put a mesh! And preferably on both sides, because if sack raptured on one side it can do it again on the other. But mesh cost about $1,500/piece, so of'course he didn't even mention that option to me. After being seen by 2 independent doctors, I knew what happened and what needs to be done. Now the questions is - of'course - money. I need to get my money back somehow from that incompetent doctor, but the attorney I was referred to is no longer taking cases for plastic surgeries. I don't really want to go into yellow pages and pick anyone. I wish to go to an attorney by reference. Please anyone, who knows someone, send me an info. I would greatly appreciate.
Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. My incision didn't close up and I kept losing blood and had to have a blood transfusion and to top it off, it got infected because he never put drains in
