Office review: great at receiving payment worst at reimbursement

I requested a reimbursement of my deposit in November 2022 it is March 2023 and I’m still waiting. No one wants to talk with me, Mara hang up the phone on me because she is busy on her vacations again. This girl goes on vacations every other day cause every time I contact her she is not working. But never goes back to work because she never returns my calls or text messages. I need someone to take care of this for me. I hope to receive i call back within 48 to 72 hrs like they told me today March 27. Let’s see
