I'm 5"11 with 34B breast size looking to get between 520cc-560cc

I have been wanting bigger boobs since I was a teen. Currently have no kids and do not want any in the future. I feel like my body is disproportionate due to my backside looking "plump" and my front looking "flat." I am about 2 weeks away from getting my surgery and I am super nervous. I originally went to my PS and I was fitted for 520cc but after taking pictures I don't think I want to do the 520cc because I don't feel like I see much of a difference. I will post the 520cc pictures. I am hoping to go a little bigger maybe 560cc but I need to see what my PS says. Updated on 4 Mar 2018: So my post op is this Tuesday March 6. I will be visiting my PS to finally make the decision on which cc to choose and which profile. From the last pre op I chose 520cc but I may want to go slightly bigger with the 560cc and I for sure want the full profile. These are just a view pics I saw that I would like mine to look like. *Fingers crossed* #march20#newboobs#newme! Updated on 6 Mar 2018: Today was my last pre op before surgery. I explained to my surgeon that I didn't feel like the 520cc was big enough. They had me try it on again to see what I thought but still wasn't very satisfied. Tried the 560cc on and I knew that was the one. It seemed to give me the look I've been wanting to go for. Updated on 6 Mar 2018: Sorry the last post wasn't letting me post any pictures from my lap top. Updated on 6 Mar 2018: I noticed my profile doesn't have my ittie bitties on here so this is what I have pre op. 34B. Updated on 14 Mar 2018: One week exactly till surgery. The more of these reviews on here the more nervous I get. Today my fiancé and I went to Victoria's Secret and bought the knockout sports bra. I have read from several ladies on here that this bra helps a lot with recovery so I bought 2. Wasn't sure of the size so I went with what my PS told me my size would possibly be after surgery. If for whatever reason it doesn' t fit I can always return it for a different size. I have also been preparing my boobs. I've been putting on stretch mark lotion to prevent any marks. Can anyone tell me if they have had any stretch marks after their surgery? I see several pics and there are tons of ladies without them and a few with but I figured the few with was just from having kids. Any thoughts? That is one thing I totally don't want but of course we can't control are body functions. :/ Posting a few pics of my new bras. Updated on 19 Mar 2018: Super nervous but excited at the same time. I wonder what it's going to be like on the other side :) Updated on 19 Mar 2018: Excited to see what they will look like after BA! Updated on 20 Mar 2018: Had my surgery at 8am. I was a nervous wreck. Started to break down when I saw the needle. After she put my IV in I was ok. Wasn't as bad as I thought. Next thing I know doctor came in to. draw the lines for the implants. After that they hauled me over to the operating room and last thing I remember was looking at the lights and then I woke up. Pain level is about 3/10. Wasn't as bad as I prepared myself for. Didn't have pain when I woke up from surgery. Writing this now because it was time to take meds. My fiancé has been on pill duty so he's making sure to stay on it so I'm not in love an. Only thing I'm really experiencing is a little tightness but not a bunch. I feel like tomorrow I may be in more pain. Hopefully not. Doc put this bra on me but told me prior to surgery I was a lucky one to not have a strap. Not really sure what the strap is for but I read on here there are a lot of girls who have to wear a strap. Ended up going with 560cc. He asked if i wanted a little more (because the first time I went I picked 520cc but felt it was too small) so I said yes do a little more. He told me not to unzip my bra and peak and to just give it time till my post op Friday which he will remove it. So the only pics I have is me in a bra. I'll have to wait till Friday comes so I can get pics. Updated on 22 Mar 2018: Everything still is tight. Not too bad though. Boobs feel a tad sore but I compare it to the pain of when it's "my time of the month." Pain level is about 2/10. I've slept pretty much all day Tuesday after surgery and all day Wednesday. The best thing I found helps with sleeping is getting a pillow with arms and lay it on top of 2 pillows and get another pillow an wedge it in the middle of your back, the get a neck pillow and put it around your neck then take 2 body pillows and wedge those on each of your sides and it helps resting your elbows on it, then take another pillow and lay it horizontally across the 2 body pillows to elevate your legs. Haven't had any issues sleeping that way. I'm a huge side sleeper and I haven't once had the urge to turn to my side. Tomorrow is my 3 day post op and my PA will take off the bra and start showing me massage techniques. I'm super excited to see them. Sucks I can't peak right now. Best part is I have minimal pain which I was hoping for. Today I'm gonna try to get out of the house for a while because all I've done is slept for 2 days straight. Updated on 22 Mar 2018: So I know with all the pain meds it was bound to happen. I've taken 6 ducolax pills and still nothing. My stomach is so bloated I look like I'm 6 months prego. I've ate fruit, drank coffee, apple sauce. Still nothing.! Any suggestions?? Updated on 23 Mar 2018: Today hasn't been a good day. I have had the worse constipation I've ever experienced. I completely cut the pain pills because that's what is causing the issue. Had my follow up today. Told my PA about my issue. He called in for a special kind of laxative and so far it's done the job. Also, was my first time to see my new boobs. Can't believe how huge they are. Sitting high but it should start to settle and fluff out. Couldn't be happier with my size I chose. Updated on 24 Mar 2018: Today has been better. Constipation has gone away. I had to get this nasty stuff that people take for colonoscopy procedure prescribed to me because none of the over counter meds were working. I wouldn't wish that mixture on anyone but it did the job. My fiancé made me get out of the house for most of the day. Went to the mall and did some shopping and had lunch. Pain level is about 2/10. That is really just because my back has been hurting a lot and my nipples have a burning sensation. Last night my surgical bra has been super tight on my back I couldn't deal with it anymore so my fiancé went to Victoria's Secret and exchanged my knockout sports bra for a bigger size and now I'm way more comfortable. I bought the knockout bra prior to surgery thinking that would be a good size but apparently I'm bigger. Another thing I've found is I am getting winded a lot. I guess I'm just not use to the weight of the implants. I took my first shower last night and it was very painful without the bra support. That's gonna take time to get use to. Updated on 25 Mar 2018: Forgot to post this with my last post. I'm healing pretty nicely at least Updated on 27 Mar 2018: So it's officially been a week!! Can't believe how quick time has passed by. So I noticed a slight difference from when I first posted what they looked like. They look like they are coming closer together a bit more. I don't see any dropping just yet. I'm noticing some red dots/pimples?! Not sure if it's from my bra or the soap I am using. Also my incisions are now showing some bruising but not too bad. I noticed last night I also had a tiny bruise on the side of my nipple. Not to mention my nipples are so sensitive it hurts when water touches it. Anyway, still extremely happy with my results. No boob greed!! I was worried that would happen to me but I think I picked the perfect size. As far as pain, I would say the majority of it is gone. I have really bad morning boob. I have to have my fiancé help me out of bed and they hurt for about 5min before they are fine. Only pain now is the nipple pain. I just wish it would hurry up and go away. Really sucks!! Updated on 2 Apr 2018: So... today was my 2 week post op although tomorrow is my official 2 week point. PS came in and removed the bandages from my incisions and I'm not gonna lie that was pretty painful. He showed me 1 technique for massaging that I have to do 2 times a day. He says I am a bit swollen still but could tell I've been taking it easy. He took some post op pics and went over different bras to buy. I am a little sad this was my last appointment because I absolutely had a great experience minus my anxiety for pain which is on my end. I would recommend my PS to anyone! I absolutely love my results. After my fiancé and I left we went to VS and they did a measurement of me at first for 32DDD. I tried on one bra and the 32 band size was way too small. So we went to my original 34 band size and it was perfect! So I am officially a 34DDD!!! I was a little upset at first because PINK doesn't have DDD they only go up to DD which I tried one on and there was noooo way it was happening. I love PINK because they have the cute bras with designs but that's the disadvantage of having bigger boobs. We ended up finding some really cute VS bras not any with designs just more "sexy" ones. As far as healing goes, I still have really sensitive nipples which sucks but he said to take some Advil for the next 4 weeks to help with it. After VS we left to go find some cute bikinis at Target but nothing I really liked so I'm gonna keep shopping around for those. Updated on 7 Apr 2018: For years I had no boobs! I was always subconscious about wearing low cut shirts, bikinis, and even just being naked in general because I had nothing to show. I knew I someday wanted to get them bigger but never really thought I would have the courage to do it considering I never had surgery and am terrified of needles. After having lunch with my best friend we got to talking about a few high school friends who did it and saw their results and it peaked my interest a little more. Came home that day and talked with my fiancé about it. His thoughts years ago was kind of back and forth so I brought it up again and he said to go for it. He helped me look online and read everything there is to know and be prepared. After doing research we started to look around for the best doctor. After all, I am stuck with it for the rest of my life so I knew I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. I told my fiancé I want someone with the best reviews. No one less than a 5 star rating. We came across Bancroft Feldman Plastic Surgery after researching a few people and they had the best reviews out of everyone. We took pictures that night and sent them over and received a call the next day to schedule a complimentary consultation for the following week. After going to our consultation we met with the patient coordinator Jeanette which let me start by telling you, she is an amazing asset to this facility. She is quick to answer any questions and is there every step of the way. We met with Dr. Feldman and he was very thourough on everything. I had prepared about 2 pages of questions and he answered every single one of them without me even having to ask. We tried on a couple different sizes and he explained to focus on the look and not he size. He was very honest and told me what the results would look like based off what I told him what I was looking for. He knew what would look best and what size what best suit my body type since I'm extremely tall. We spent about an hour with him and I instantly knew we he left the room I wanted him as my PS. We told Jeanette we would call her back on a specific day because I forgot what days I had for vacation so we ended up calling back like 2 days later and scheduled everything. We had 1 pre op before surgery. Jeanette kept me informed of everything prior to surgery and provided me very useful info prior to helping me get through post op. Day of surgery was of course nerve wrecking for me. I'm a hot mess when it comes to needles so of course I freaked out. I got there and they made me feel comfortable as possible but my nerves still got the best of me but the anesthesiologist was able to get it all set in for me and the next thing I knew I was awake in my bed. Still a complete blur to me but that's a good thing. My first couple days were a breeze. I slept for the most part. Day 3 was my post op and was actually my worse day out of all. I was constipated and irritated and I started just feeling really down. The only thing that highlighted my day was being able to see my new boobs for the first time. We went in for the post op and Dr. Feldman came in and let me out of the surgical bra. My fiancé and I were in shock of how amazing they turned out. I of course probably didn't seem super happy at the time but I was in so much stomach pain (I felt bad because after I left I felt like maybe he didn't think I liked them because I didn't say much which it was not him it was me. I felt so horrible :(...) He had to prescribe me some meds to help with the constipation and after that day everything got a million times better. I had one last post op 2 weeks after surgery in which we came in and he removed the bandages. ( I'm a big baby so of course that part sucked and I was super light headed after that). He asked me some questions and asked how I like them and I told him I love the size and the way they look. He did such an amazing job! We took pics and he went over the massaging techniques. My boobs were still sore so he didn't make me do it very much but he wanted to make sure I knew how so I did it once and I cringed. Thinking back on it I feel so bad because I'm sure for them it's not easy dealing with difficult patients although I wasn't too too bad but I could of been a little less of a baby. Sorry about that Dr. Feldman and Jeanette if you read this. Sorry for such a long review but I want anyone and everyone to know that he is the best person for the job. I cannot say enough things about him and his staff. They will do everything in their power to make you feel as comfortable as possible and get through your surgery with a breeze and have amazing results. I'm about 3 weeks post op and I am so in love with my new girls and so is my fiancé. Thank you so much to Dr. Feldman and each and every one of his staff for everything they do. Updated on 8 Apr 2018: Just wanted to add some recent pics I took here. I'll update again in a couple days on my official 3 week. So far everything has been good. Still getting a bit of acne on my chest but I think I found the issue which was the stretch mark cream. I've stopped using it and it's starting to go away. I'll have to find something else that won't make me break out. Nipples are still a bit hurting so I have to be careful. They are getting better I can tell because before even when the water hit they were hurting and now i don't feel it as much. Anyone recommend anything besides Palmers for stretch mark prevention? None so far (knock on wood)! Updated on 10 Apr 2018: Not much of a change since the last post but I do see a bit of dropping in my left boob. I tried on one of my dresses that normally I would have to wear a push up bra for and now I fill it out perfectly!! So happy!! Updated on 17 Apr 2018: Finally!!! It only gets better from here. Still loving my girls. I am still experiencing nipple pain but it seems to slowly start getting better and I am able to actually touch them without it hurting too bad. I have been doing massages twice a day and they seem to be softening up a bit. I have been laying on my back since day 1 which really sucks so I am counting the days of when I can sleep on my side again. I made some photo collages of some outfits I would have never been able to wear before my surgery. I love being able to wear strapless outfits and not have to worry about it falling down. They still don't bounce but I know that's gonna take some time. They seem to have dropped a lot looking back at my pictures. I think they just need to fluff out a little more. I haven't experienced the boob greed like everyone usually does. I love my size. I'm glad I went with the bigger size. Updated on 17 Apr 2018: These didn't post with my last post. Updated on 27 Apr 2018: Haven't posted in a bit but just wanted to add some pics. They are looking more and more like boobs..... :) getting softer each day but I'm still having a hard time dealing with the nipple sensitivity. I know it will take time but it's getting annoying now. Updated on 15 May 2018: Hello Ladies. Haven't really posted much since last month. Girls have been looking fantastic. Nipple pain is finally gone!!!!! They are starting to bounce a little bit. Right boob still needs to catch up a little bit but for the most part they've have dropped and fluffed out. Updated on 12 Jun 2018: Hello All, i have hit my 3 month mark finally! I don't get on here much so this most likely will be my last post. I started to notice some irritation on the cleavage portion of my breast. I reached out to my doc and was told it's just from all of the nerves and cells that were irritated are still trying to heal. I'm hoping it goes away soon. You will see it in my pics. For the most part everything else has been good. They still don't fully bounce just yet but they do a little bit when I jump. I have a boudoir photo shoot coming up here soon and I'm excited for my new girls to be looking good in lingerie. Other than that it was awesome reading everyone's experiences which definitely helped me get through mine. I hope I have the same if not better experience the next time I'll have to go in and redo the surgery which shouldn't be for another 10-15 years. Updated on 27 Nov 2018: Hello All!! Soo.... it’s been 8 months since surgery and a couple months since I have posted on here. A lot of my marks that I had on my girls are gone!! So happy about that. They look like they have completely settled out and are finally more boob shaped. I am still a 34DDD but honestly, they don’t look like it when I wear my clothes. My parents still haven’t noticed and I was a 34 B lol!! I recently moved to Colorado and I was told by a few people that I may experience air bubbles or discomfort due to the altitude but I have felt nothing. They are super bouncy now which has been nice. Felt weird not having them bounce when I jump up and down. I have no regrets and everything was a great experience for me. If I ever had to go back again, I’m going to my same doctor no matter where I am. Updated on 27 Nov 2018: Sorry peeps, last post didn’t post one of my pics correctly

Tummy Tuck

jessirene

32yrs old 3 wonderful boys!! Ready for a flat tummy and to feel sexy again for my husband.

I was a young mother, so my body was never the same after my first son. My stomach went back flat but the stretch marks were still present. I visited a couple of PS. Some I wouldn't give a second thought to return and others have made it hard for me to choose. I am now at the point in my life where I can focus on me and my husband is awesome to be here and help me through the process. I had my last child 2 years ago and it's time for MAMA!! Im nervous, yet so ready. My surgery won't happen until June 2017 because I want my kids to be out of school and it will work with my job schedule. Updated on 6 Dec 2016: I'm so excited to be able to move my tummy tuck date from the summer to spring if 2017. I'm excited and ready to get this over with. I've waited a long time for this. Any advice with preparing and the days after surgery? Thanks Updated on 9 Jan 2017: My date is getting closer. I'm excited and not nervous yet. Haha!! I'm just browsing daily on different sites, googling pictures and watching videos. I love all the information different women have put up to help those who haven't gone through the procedure. I guess now would be a good time to post before pics. I'm actually in the process of losing some lbs before my actual surgery date. Doctor didn't say it was necessary. I'm doing it for myself and to get the best results possible. This is a one time shot. Lol. Happy Monday Ladies. Updated on 16 Jan 2017: I'm adding some more before pictures. I know I like it when I see other profiles with as many pictures as possible before and after. My date is coming soon and I'm excited. Updated on 20 Jan 2017: I'm so ready for a flat tummy.... Updated on 25 Jan 2017: This is going on my fourth week of working out. It doesn't show much in the pictures but I can definitely tell in my clothes. The scale says I'm the same weight but I lift weights so I'm exchanging fat for muscle. Trying to lose as much as possible before my date. Updated on 30 Jan 2017: I can't wait to get rid of this pregnancy tummy. I do enjoy seeing all these women's journeys to the flat side. Thank you for sharing. Updated on 13 Feb 2017: Just a little humor. So to be in the flat side. Updated on 21 Feb 2017: I'm so anxious for the day to come. I probably won't even be able to sleep the day before. I'm ready to get it over with and to be on the flat side. Not ready for the pain afterward though. Updated on 23 Feb 2017: Just had my pre op today! Yay! I'm so excited and ready to be on the flat side. Dr. Bancroft answered all questions/concerns and showed me exactly what my realistic results should be. Can my day come any sooner..... Updated on 1 Mar 2017: It seems like I've been waiting for a long time. My labs came back and are normal. I have all the items I will need post op. I went by what my PS said to get and by what some of the previous TT goers suggested as well. Updated on 6 Mar 2017: As the date gets closer. I'm finding that I'm having more thought about how I'm going to feel when I wait up from my tummy tuck, hernia repair and lipo surgery. I'm not nervous but curious as to how I'm going to feel with a flat belly. I haven't had a permanent flat belly over 16 years. Thank GOD for my boys but flat side here I come. Updated on 8 Mar 2017: My plastic surgeon wants me to take this bowel cleanser to achieve better results while performing my muscle repair. So not looking forward to this part. ???? Updated on 10 Mar 2017: The time has come!!! I have so many emotions right now. Do I really want to do this? How are my results going to look? What was I thinking (lol)? How's the pain afterwards? Oh my did I really sign myself up for this? Haha... Any who I gathered just about everything I can think of last night and made my fort for the next couple of days. I pray for a smooth surgery and a speed recovery. I shall be back after I join the flat club. Updated on 10 Mar 2017: I have crossed over to the flat side. Thank GOD everything went well. I don't even remember what was the last thing I remember. Haha. I just woke up and not in any pain. No the not sound fun part for the first 7hours is that I was vomiting so bad. I guess from anesthesia not too sure but that is about the worst thing so far. My PS also left a cathedral in me so that I can sleep well or at least try. My PS and anesthesiologist were so freaking awesome. They both answered any question I had. But any who. The surgery went great doc said. We will se when I get to see it. Updated on 11 Mar 2017: I had no idea that I would be vomiting po. I've never been under like that. Boy was that not fun. Finally took my nausea medicine and everything was good. No other major problems to report. Truthfully I'm aware now that the anesthesia has worn off. It doesn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. It only feels like my abs are sore and a little bit of phlegm. But other than that on a scale of 1-10 the pain is a 2. It's all good. My PS must have done a great job in order to minimize the after pain he's so awesome! Updated on 12 Mar 2017: My hubby snapped these pics when my PS came to the house to change out my dressings and look at the progress. He said everything is looking great. I couldn't see much but my whole stomach felt really really weird. Updated on 14 Mar 2017: Ok so I felt like I was babbling in previous posts. Lol. Day three and four are much better. I'm still not in any pain. My PS is amazing! I stopped taking all meds on Monday except my antibiotic. My drains have been doing well. Only discomfort is of course the abs but it's very manageable. One of my drain sites is leaking (gross). I've only changed my bandage once didn't really get a good look. So other than that it's been me and my couch. Lol. Updated on 14 Mar 2017: One thing to sit down daily and another to sit down everyday every second! Woo this is hard. My butt keeps going numb every now and then. Lol. My stomach and back itch every once in a while. My stomach feels so numb even when I touch it. My drains are putting out a good amount of fluid, but that may be because I can't sit for too long. Oh Lord I didn't realize it would be this hard to sit in one spot. As far as pain I have zero. Had surgery Friday, too meds Saturday and Sunday. Monday I stopped and only took my antibiotic. While on the meds I couldn't even remember having a conversation with my husband or kids. Didn't like that. Walking for long periods man it hurts my lower back. I can't wait to walk upright. Ok. I think I'm done for now. Lol Updated on 17 Mar 2017: First let me start by saying this has been one crazy week. I'm now 7 days PO. I'm exhausted mentally and physically. As far as my surgery goes and pain they are both excellent. But the one week I decided to have my surgery. My youngest gets sick. I feel so bad for my husband because he has been taking care of my son and myself. I know he's a little over whelmed but he did it like a champ. Thank GOD for my husband and older son. My youngest son pretty much stayed home with us instead of going to daycare because they kept calling to pick him up Which wasn't planned????). I felt like the bad mom! Can't pick him up or do anything for him really as I'm trying to heal myself. The Who knew!! I'm allergic to one of the meds I was on (antibiotic). My body was literally on fire and I wanted to scratch every inch of it with a wire brush. At first I thought ok the weird feeling on my back and stomach must be because I had surgery and things are starting to settle in. Boy was I wrong. I took my binder off because I couldn't take the itch urge anymore and HOLY MOLY. What started as a little rash on my bum extended from there to my back to my arms my stomach and mid thigh area. I already was scheduled for my 1wk PO today so I wanted impatiently until it was time for my appointment. Bought some Benadryl and Zyrtec and the lovely Patient Coordinator quickly changed my antibiotic to a different one. I'm very nervous to take this one. Arrived at my PO appointment and Dr. Bancroft felt so bad. He could tell I was struggling. Aside from that part of my PO appointment Dr. B said everything looks excellent and I couldn't agree more. Once my swelling and crazy rash/hives go away it will be awesome. I was able to have one drain removed, which was awesome because that was the leaky one giving me problems. He took it out without zero pain just a little discomfort. Hopefully this second one comes out in a couple of days. He removed my paper tape over my incision which I was nervous but it didn't hurt at all. I couldn't be happier to see my incision line healing so great and belly button looking good also. I love having a natural looking belly button so far. My PS cleaned things up and all is excellent result. My waist is definitely snatched, because apparently my ab separation was one for the record. No wonder why I always look bloated. Lol. Oh also to top my week off the time of the month came a week earlier that what I had scheduled. Not fun!! My PS said it's totally normal because your body is under a lot of stress from surgery. So other than my allergic reaction (hives) my husband and I are completely happy with our choice to with Dr. Bancroft at Bancroft Feldman plastic surgery office. Dr. B is one of a kind. He's so thorough, takes his time (never once on this journey did I every feel rushed) and listens to your concerns. Sorry so long. I couldn't sleep! Lol. Ask any questions if you'd like. This site has helped me in learning about other experiences. FYI...... I didn't use half of what I bought in my PO survival kit. Lol. Updated on 20 Mar 2017: Don't remember what day I took this picture. Lol. But it compares my back to the left before lipo and to the right is after lipo. I'm so loving my results so far and just to think I'm still in the early stages of healing. Love love love Dr. Bancroft and his team. They have all been nothing short of awesome and so helpful. Updated on 23 Mar 2017: Hello!!!! So I'm 13 days PO. I feel awesome! I had my second drain removed on day 10. That was the best feeling to not have to watch out for that thing. My hives have cleared up from the allergic reaction to the antibiotics. Currently I still do not have pain or discomfort from the tummy tuck overall. The only pain I have is actually where my IV was placed. I guess it was hard to find my vein since I couldn't drink anything prior to surgery. BB is coming along good. I don't really want to mess with it. Kinda scared to move anything around. Lol. Scar is healing well and looking good. PSA!!!! Oh for anyone that is nervous to have a BM after surgery. PLEASE take milk of magnesia!!!! That is the best thing ever. No cramps and it works without any forcing on your part. My PS said I could start doing scar therapy and recommended sweet almond oil (if you're not allergic to nuts) he says it works great. I haven't experienced what I see some ladies saying "swell Hell". Thank GOD! It looks uncomfortable. My PS has me wearing a garment and a binder 24/7 unless in the shower. I have a few days left before I head back to work. I'm so not ready. Lol. Updated on 30 Mar 2017: Today was my first day back at work since my surgery. I thought it was going to be easy breezy. It wasn't bad but Lord I was glad it was over. I didn't realize how much walking I do at work. Lol. I was so tired by 12:30pm. It's true your first day back, you will be exhausted by the end of the day! On another note........ my recovery PO is coming along so well. I'm really loving my results!! My scar is as thin as a paper cut and belly button looks so much better than before. PS said I'm still a little swollen, I honestly don't notice much cause it still looks great. Updated on 31 Mar 2017: So I forgot to post this a while back. These are the items I purchase before my surgery. I didn't use everything but what did come in handy for me was the cough drops, shower chair, puppy pads, alcohol prep wipes and sanitary disposable wipes. I originally was freaking out thinking I didn't have everything or enough of something. Lol. I didn't use half of what I bought honestly. My PS also made sure he gave me everything for PO, so I didn't need much. Updated on 1 Apr 2017: After years of waiting, I finally found the doctor for me. I now have the time and financial stability to focus on me. This is my year! My husband has also been so so supportive. It's funny because my oldest son was more concerned and confused why I was going to get this surgery. I've had three boys and they were all a good size, which put my body through a lot of changes. I felt it was time to focus on what I felt was a problem for me. I work out often but always felt my tummy to be my problem area. You can workout all day and it will never get rid of stretch marks or the extra skin accumulated from pregnancies. So I searched through surgeons and Dr. Greg Bancroft in Sugar Land stood out to me. He listened to all of my concerns and reassured me that everything I had in mind is very achievable. He answered all of my concerns and never once made me feel like I was taking too much time. On surgery day there was a little wait but it didn't bother me, I was just happy to be next. The anesthesiologist Lee was amazing, he made me feel comfortable and at ease with the procedure. Once I came out of surgery (honestly I don't remember.. hahaha) but that's good because that means they made me feel at ease and made I was comfortable. The next day Dr. Bancroft came over to access my condition, change bandages and make sure I was in the right position. How many doctors do that??? He's just awesome!! My scar line is perfect, it's clean and healed smoothly in 7 days. Follow up appointments have been awesome also. Dr. Bancroft just continues to show why he's the best. Updated on 11 Apr 2017: Hello!!!! Just wanted to update in my status. I'm currently 1month PO. I'm so happy!! I can see the results and the skinny waist coming through. I have not had any complications or issues. My journey has been a smooth one. Thank GOD! My scar is healing well. Who would've thought there were hips under my belly. Lol. Updated on 26 Apr 2017: So I'm a little past my 1 and a half month mark. I feel great!!!! Lol. My abs feel less tight and I can now cough. Sneeze and breath deep without any discomfort. My scar is healing well and belly button is looking better day by day. I hope all you are having a happy healing!! Updated on 26 Apr 2017: Very happy compared to where I was. Updated on 27 Apr 2017: So happy it's coming along well. Updated on 11 Jul 2017: So it's been a while! I haven't had any complications or other issues since surgery. Everything has been smooth sailing. Super happy to have gone through the tummy tuck procedure. Updated on 27 Jul 2017: Body is still in great shape! Still in love with my results.

Male Tummy Tuck

Bill Fanous

27 Year Old Male- Tummy Tuck After 150 Lbs Weight Loss and then Muscle Building - Sugar Land, TX

I lost the weight in about 18 months, then I gained about 30 pounds of lean muscle mass and filled as much skin as possible. Finally decided to get the skin removed before my wedding in July. I went to a few doctors and they seemed to treat every patient the same in the sense that they didn't listen to my unique aspects of my transformarion. Furthermore, other offices made me feel rushed and as if I was imposing on their time. Bancroft Feldman plastic surgery was the complete opposite and that's why I chose them. Post surgery I don't remember the first four days very well. 5th day I was already feeling good enough to walk around my house and get up and down at will. On the 5 day I also stopped taking pain medicine. I go in today to get drains out and compression garment put on. I will update post later Updated on 30 Apr 2016: Feeling good but swollen. Still have both drains in. Compression vest I got from Doctor made everything go from good to GREAT! Huge ice pack with a belt, compression socks to my knees, and elevated feet have helped tremendously as well. I have taken Somatropen injection daily or 4IU and I take two servings of BCAA's (Amino X by BSN), Glutamine (generic), and two high protein shakes daily since day 3 (days 1-3 I was completely incapacitated, throwing up my medicine, and in bad shape) I had an important meeting on day 7 and I was able to drive 30 minutes and give an hour presentation (just needed help unloading samples from my truck). I have tried (and failed to do any cardio exercise beyond walking at half my normal fast pace, and I have been able to do some very light upper body workouts with about 15-20% of my normal Maximums. I feel great. And i know it only gets better from here. If you are considering the surgery I suggest you do it. You won't remember the worst of it and after that it is no different than the way you feel the day after a VERY difficult workout that included a lot of sit-ups. Cheers Y'all Updated on 30 Apr 2016: Lost weight by starting to get on elliptica for only 15 mins a day. It snowballed from there. I got Down to 215 pounds and then I started lifting heavy things to build mass. Enjoy it! Updated on 1 May 2016: I am continuing to feel better and better. I have been icing in all the time and Dr. bancroft advised against it due to it slowing healing. I went to a wedding on day 11 which included a 3 hour drive to Houston (with ice in my pants and compression socks on) and standing from 6pm to midnight. I did take a pain pill due to some discomfort from my cloths that were very tight, plus the compression best under it all. I still have my drains in but I putt them in my pocket so it was all good. I was also able to eat more today than any other day. I have been eating 75% less than before surgery because of lack of appetite and fact that my ab muscles are sewn back to appropriate position. I ate and felt great. I am not allowed to start my normal Monday-Friday nationwide travel for work until a week from Monday, so I will be in Houston all week but back at work. I will keep updating as week progresses. I pick up my size medium compression vests Monday so that should help push our even more fluid and make me feel more supported. Speaking of support, thank you all for the support. Cheers! Updated on 1 May 2016: Current picture or bruising slowly going way (I guess it runs down from Abdomin due to gravity? Updated on 2 May 2016: I took a road trip from Houston to Austin to go to a wedding. The ice helped on the way up but Dr. Bancroft advised against excessive icing because it can slow healing process. When I got home last night I was pretty swollen, so advice to this who will be sitting down a lot after surgery make sure you recline so you don't impact blood flow to area. A funNY thing did happen on way home that I will share so I hope you enjoy it as much as my fiancé, Stacy did. I texted this to stacy, who was with my dogs in my truck, while in bathroom of Buc-ee's (huge gas station) and the guy next to me had a huge hand gun clipped on his waist band (it's Texas). "Upon walking into Buc-ees I just realized 4 important things. A. Bill you are Arab B. You are in Texas C. You are wearing a visible vest under your tank top with visible cords coming down from your vest to your pockets where there are hand grenade shaped drain packs. D. Most importantly good thing you shaved your beard :)" Moral of the story is beware of how you look in public after surgery haha. Also, you should try and half a laugh (not too big to hurt your stomach) in the recovery process. You did a big thing and proceeded though the last part of your body transformation so you should be happy. If you are negative or focus on pain/discomfort, you will only make the process worse. Keep your head and your spirits high, you deserve it. Cheers! Updated on 4 May 2016: I have a appointment at 4 with Dr. Bancroft. Hopefully I get the drains out of my legs because I am very annoyed with them at this point (they don't hurt, they are just something I have to be aware of at al times) I bought a men's waist compression belt from academy yesterday and I have been wearing it since I bought it. It doubled the amount of fluid I was draining so I am going to consider myself a genius and the belt a success ( you should probably check with your surgeon, do as I say, not as I do). I am still swollen but it has changed a lot for he better since wearing compression waist band (it's like a 10 inch band with Velcro closer and is made out of wet suite material). Anyway, I have been working and walking, haven't gone to gym yet, but I'll see what Dr. Bancroft says today. Cheers Updated on 5 May 2016: Yesterday, day 14, I saw the doctor and got the tape taken off to reveal my fresh wound. It was good to have the tape take from but still it was somewhat of a barrier between me and the reality of my surgery. A day later, I couldn't be happier to have it gone. Day 15 was the first time I could work out (since I failed at the treadmill on day 9. I chose to woekout at home and used P90X as my weapon of choice. My top of my abs feel stronger and tighter, but I still didn't have the core strength to complete over the head exercises for all my sets. I was able to walk on the treadmill and walk my dogs a mile and a half. I still have the drains in, but the drainage is on its last leg. I should get one or more taken our sometime between tomorrow and Monday. Updated on 6 May 2016: Feeling good today so I decided to head to LA Fitness. I was able to to do weight machines at about 40% of my Norma weights as well as 30 mins on the elliptical. It was not a gut busting workout, but it was a good, productive workout for my first day back and way ahead of schedule! Updated on 11 Jul 2016: My side profile has gotten much slimmer as the swelling continues to go down. I have continued to wear compression garment and my waist trimmer belt (to add even more compression and support). I have recovered about 75 percent of my core strength, but I still feel a little weak getting up from a laid down position, but it continues to improve. I haven't started doing heavy full body lifts like squats, power cleans, and deadlifts yet, but I have been able to do the motion with no weight as a cardio routine. Cheers! Updated on 12 Jul 2016: I wanted to add a few more current photos and I wanted to say that these silicon strips work great! I have only been using them for a few days and my scar is already becoming less raised. They are reusable (you take them off and wash them in the sink daily) and good quality. I don't really understand how they are still sticky after you wash them, but I am not complaining. I bought them for 20 bucks at Walgreens. Updated on 13 Jul 2016: Updated on 8 Aug 2018: Photos two years after surgery. Still losing weight and gaining muscle, but there is always a natural ebb and flow there. Scar is still not where I want It to be either. Wish it was faded more. I want to go to see my plastic surgeon so he can asses it.

Breast Augmentation

MH Real Self

40 Yrs Old, 2 Kids, 5'7" 122 Lbs, 34 A - Sugar Land, TX

Breast augmentation was something I thought about for years but was never willing to spend the money - feeling like it was a selfish expense and there were always so many other financial priorities. I've always had small breast (34A) since high school. When I had children, -I have 2 teenagers- they got bigger when breast feeding but always went right back to the size they were pre-pregnancy. I've always been a little "hippy" and with such small boobs never felt like my body was very balanced or feminine. I did a bit of research abt the procedure on line and found the realself website. On Realself I found Dr. Evan Feldman and liked his reviews and his breast augmentation photo gallery. His after pictures consistently looked very natural and beautiful. I talked to my husband about it and he was supportive but told me that he didn't feel like I needed it - but if it's what I wanted he was all for it. First, I spoke with Jeanette on the phone and emailed her some photos. She was super nice, informative about the consult process and made me feel very comfortable. Jeanette called me the very next morning and said I would be a good candidate for the procedure. That was Wednesday June 10th and I went for my consult on Friday June 12th. Dr. Feldman spoke with me at length about his experience, technique, appropriate sizing, saline vs silicone, different profiles, my expectations and wish boobs, and preop/ post op expectations and lots of other things. He stressed the importance of being realistic about post op restrictions - not being able to lift over 2 lbs for (at a minimum) 2 weeks and not being over active for 4-6 weeks depending on swelling, rate of healing, etc etc. Dr. Feldman also did my breast measurements at my consult. (I think my BWD was left 12.5 and right 13.) I tried on sample implants and he had me put on a tank top over the different sizes so I could see how they looked with clothes on. He spent a long time with me at my consult (almost 2 hours) and I asked him 40 million questions and if he was annoyed he never let on. He was relaxed, joked with me-(I was a nervous wreck-ha) he was not pretentious at all, and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. After Dr.Feldman and I finished talking about what size I felt comfortable with and what he felt looked the best, Jeanette gave me price quotes and available dates. I explained I wanted to have a mammogram first and discuss everything with my husband. I felt no pressure at all to schedule my procedure and Jeanette said to just let her know if and when I wanted schedule the procedure and to let her know even if I decided to not have it done at all. I really appreciated that there was no pressure at all after they had spent so much time with me. The entire staff and experience was superb. Dr. Feldman and staff made me feel so comfortable at my consult and bc of that he was the only ps I consulted prior to my procedure. Anyway, 2 weeks after my consult I scheduled my procedure for July 16th. Had my Preop visit July 7th, tried on the implants again with my husband there, went over all the paperwork, and got my post op prescriptions. July 16th, I went in at 9am, met with anesthesia, met with Dr. Feldman comfirmed that I hadn't changed my mind abt size, he drew all over my chest with a purple market, I was back in the OR at 10:15 or so and on my way home by 1:30pm. I got 371cc moderate profile plus under the muscle. I am a week post op and aside from some stomach bloating I couldn't be happier. Actually, I had very little post op pain-and I was expecting it to be bad. I wore a sportsbra and binder/band thing for the first 4 days and then Dr. Feldman said I could ditch the binder and just wear the sportsbra. The only issue I am having with this entire process is having to sleep elevated and on my back. My husband probably wants to punch me bc I am up several times every night bc I can't fall asleep and can't get comfortable bc I normally sleep on my side. (But he is super sweet abt it and tells me I don't bother him at all). I'm super happy with my experience and results and new boobs!!. Dr. Evan Feldman and his staff have my highest recommendation. Bancroft Feldman Plastic Surgery in Sugar Land, TX- check them out!!! Updated on 31 Jul 2015: 2 weeks post op and steristrips removed

Tummy Tuck

fabfreda

39 Year Old, 4 Kids, Well Deserved Tummy Tuck with Liposuction, Liposuction to the Thighs - Houston, TX

After researching several Houston area doctors, I met Dr. Greg Bancroft and immediately felt comfortable with him. I called my BF and told her we had found our doctor! What....I can't do this alone, so my BF is doing it with me on a different date. She loves Dr. Bancroft too! We are very excited! Over the summer we were doing well, working out had a personal trainer, watching our diet, trying to reach our goal weights before surgery. Then of course life happens and I can't speak for her but I'm up 10-12 lbs from the day I met Dr. Bancroft.... :( and my favorite food holiday is this week! I won't get too down though, I'm still excited and have my pre-op today at 4 pm. I do have one problem though, I'm sick!!! Despite my efforts to stay well, I have a freaking cold and sinus issues and sound like a man!!! :( I am hoping Dr. Bancroft won't see a need to reschedule surgery. Anyway, I wanted to do this whole posting thing because I have totally appreciated all the brave women and their honest reviews, as they have helped me tremendously over the last several months. I will post pictures of my progress throughout starting today after my pre-op visit. Wish me well :) Updated on 3 Dec 2014: Here are my pre-op photos that I took on Friday, 11/28/14. My belly is on 10 because I had a really good Thanksgiving!!! :) I will take photos again next Wednesday before my surgery. Updated on 20 Dec 2014: Okay, this has been an exhausting process which is why I haven't posted in a while. The worst part so far is the constipation from the meds!!! The pain has been pretty manageable as long as you take your meds on time or just ahead of schedule. My Dr. is Awesome!!! I absolutely love him so shout out to Dr. Greg Bancroft of Bancroft Feldman Plastic Surgery In Houston!!!! I did not do much as instructed after surgery. I relaxed and followed his orders. He made a house visit the next day which was great!!!!! Other than that I stayed in my bed healing with my feet up as much as possible but certainly the first 7 days. I didn't go anywhere until it was time to see him in hi office. Updated on 20 Dec 2014: 1st day photos, swollen but you can see where my drains were placed and over all condition day 1. Updated on 20 Dec 2014: My 7 day results were amazing! He gave me the little waist and hips I was looking for. Still really swollen and bruising is starting to set in but it's only been 7 days!!!!! It can only get better from here. My scar is healing wonderfully and I think it will have no trouble fading. I have this line down the center of my stomach which I hate but Dr. Bancroft has advised that once swelling in that area goes down, my bellybutton which is a true innie will emerge and the whole area will just be flat. I have tattoos which were very important to me and he did his best to preserve them and my left side scar blends perfectly into the tattoo!!!! AMAZING WORK!!!!!
