Reliable and trustworthy

My experience with Dr. Schaffner was great, I had two surgeries with him, including a fat transfer from thighs to butt and a breast augmentation a while back. Dr. Schaffner does great work, he’s reliable and trustworthy as well.

Highly recommend LoTiempo! Fat transfer to butt & recovery was good

I did fat transfer to butt and am super happy with the results. I am just over 3 months out. I'm very glad I went to her out of all of the doctors I researched because she made me feel comfortable and confident in the process and executed well on it. The procedure was much less painful than I expected. There was some bruising and swelling (to be expected) but overall the recovery was good and...

During surgery was present, concerned, delicate, had excellent bedside manners

Looked far and wide for the right surgeon to undergo fat removal, as I need to stay trim due to health issues, and also need it to be precise. Dr. Lotempio answered all my questions with honesty and knew far more than I would have expected (referred me to see an ankle surgeon to address an issue instead of trying to charge me for it) and she also made a good assessment of my needs and did not...

Q: How do I fix my banana roll and deformed butt? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. LoTempioJuly 5, 2023

A: Thank you for your question. A small contour liposuction procedure to the banana roll area will improve the look you desire. Depending on dexterity and curvature of the spine and pelvic bone position; individuals very often will have asymmetry of their torso and legs. Best of luck.

Q: 5'4, 130lbs, ticklish stomach after lipo 1 year ago, is it going to go away?
Answered by Dr. LoTempioJuly 5, 2023

A: Thank you for your question. Many people experience increase sensitivity after liposuction. This is due to the nerves of the skin regenerating. This process can take up to two years to resolve. If you still experience this after two years, it is most likely permanent at that point. You still have more time to heal so stay positive! Best of luck.

Q: Lipo for Breast Reduction? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. LoTempioJuly 5, 2023

A: Thank you for your question. Some surgeons can do the procedure with IV sedation and not put you under general anesthesia. Check among your plastic surgeons in your community to see if they offer this approach. Best of luck.

Q: Am I candidate for liposuction without a mini tummy? (photos)
Answered by Dr. LoTempioApril 17, 2023

A: Thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for liposuction without a mini tummy tuck. I would just add an energy device like Renuvion to the procedure. Best of Luck!

Q: Anxiety before surgery causes high blood pressure - what can I do to prepare for my next procedure?
Answered by Dr. LoTempioApril 17, 2023

A: Hi- thank you for your question. Please stop all sodas, teas, coffees and energy drinks for a week before surgery. Also do not take any additional medications such as allergy medicine if you can. The days before the procedure- start some cardio exercises to use the built up anxiety. If these suggestions do not work then seek at your primary care doctor to help you solve the issues. Best of Luck.
