Hi Bentley. It is not necessary to have massages after tummy tuck and lipo 360. However, I do strongly recommend them. I always remind my patients that I can do the best job technically with their surgery, but the healing is up to them. Therefore, the final results are a "team effort". Massages can help with the healing process. They help to manage swelling, promote symmetry, and avoid scar tissue from forming into "lumps" - a problem that is very difficult to fix after the fact. Unfortunately, massages can be expensive and painful, so I do not "require" them. Bottom line - post-op massages are not mandatory, but if you're able to do them they can help to maximize your results. Hope that helps!

Congrats on your recent twins!  Pregnancy can wreak havoc on your body.  I would recommend you continue to loose weight until you get to a stable weight where you're ready for surgery.  Because of the stretching of your skin, you will definitely benefit from a tummy tuck.  Depending on your size at the time of surgery, liposuction of your back, flanks, and even stomach may also be beneficial.  The goal is to get to your stable weight before you embark on surgery (this will give you the best result).  Good luck!

Thank you for your question.  Judging from your photos, it looks like you could get by with a breast augmentation without lift.  Your nipples appear in good position and your primary problem is loss of volume.  Implants would restore your pre-pregnancy size (or even larger).  Good luck!

First, it's important to know that a board-certified plastic surgeon would never knowingly implant any device that was not safe for their patient.  Both saline and silicone implants are safe, and choosing which implant is a personal decision between you and your surgeon.  Briefly, saline implants can give you greater "piece of mind" because if the implant breaks, the implant deflates, your body absorbs the salt water, and it is usually obvious on physical exam.  Should a silicone implant break, it may not be as obvious.  The "gel" within the implant may stay in place and therefore the breast doesn't "deflate", making it more difficult to detect a rupture on physical exam only.  For this reason, we recommend imaging of the implant (ultrasound or MRI) to monitor the integrity of the silicone implant.  Your plastic surgeon can go more in depth about the different kinds of implants, but rest assured that both saline and silicone implants are safe.

Thanks for your question.  I am a firm believer that all plastic surgery procedures should "enhance" your natural beauty, rather than make you appear like someone you are not.  You have great bone structure with lovely cheek bones that frame your face.  If you wanted to start with something simple that would get you the best "bang for your buck", I would recommend some fillers to soften your tear troughs and chin dimple.  Having radiant skin can also go a long way.  I recommend a nightly retinol in combination with a daily hydrating skin routine to get that radiant glow.
