I am thrilled with the results

In December 2023, I underwent a tummy tuck and breast lift (without implants) performed by Dr. Ehret after losing over 100 lbs. I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Ehret is a very empathetic and professional doctor who listens to his patient's concerns and, in the end, partners with his patients to determine the best course of action to achieve the best possible results. I highly recommend Dr....

I had a phenomenal experience

I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Perry. I am very happy with the results of my surgery (6 months out). Dr. Perry was very personable, professional, warm, took the time to answer any and all questions, was very available in the follow-up period, and is highly skilled. His entire staff was also excellent. I have no complaints about the entire experience from consult to last follow up...

12 weeks post surgery and I’m so pleased with my results

I met Dr. Ehret in November 2023 at my first consultation for breast augmentation. Nine days later I was in surgery. I was able to have my procedure quicker than expected due to the office giving me the option to take one of two canceled surgery dates. I was acquainted with the Aesthetic Surgery Center previously for a removal of a small cyst on my forehead (referral from dermatology and...

Non-Traditional Reasons

I lost around 140lbs and had so much loose skin it was causing skin break down and I was to the point of having skin ulcers that were not healing. I was denied any surgical care through insurance due to my hanging skin not being "long enough" for them to justify surgery. After the 2nd denial I started the path to find a private option and had two friends who had brillant results with Dr....

5’6, 125lb, 300cc Implants

Hey everyone! I meant to start this process after I had my consult back in September, but I kept forgetting. I have wanted to get my breasts done all through my 20’s and finally took the plunge after completing other goals I set for myself. I had two different consults and decided to go with Dr Ehret as he listened to my desires. The first consult with another doctor, he just walked in the r...

310 Q&A

Q: Upper bleph at 30? I just want bigger eyes without looking fake (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PerryMarch 3, 2024

A: You would be a candidate for upper lid blepharoplasty and possible brow elevation. Brow elevation can be either done surgically or sometimes with neurotoxin. This all depends on your goals and you need an in person consultation. Best to see an eyelid expert.

Q: How to address upper eyelid hollowing from prostaglandin? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PerryMarch 3, 2024

A: Options to improve the upper lid hollowing includes fat grafting, filler, or repositioning existing fat. Often mild ptosis is also addressed during this procedure. These are advanced and dedicate procedures and should be done by an eyelid expert.

Q: Will I get hollowness if I have transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. PerryMarch 3, 2024

A: You are a great candidate for lower lid surgery to remove the bags but also fill your anterior midface/tear trough area. Typically this is done by moving her natural fat from your eyelid to your tear trough (fat transposition) or fat grafting (taking fat from another area of your body and placing it around the eyes). In general, fat transposition is part of the lower lid blepharoplasty and does not cost more. Best to see an eyelid expert.

Q: Lower blepharoplasty resolution. What are my options? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PerryFebruary 25, 2024

A: Judging from your pictures, you could be a candidate for fat grafting to help add additional volume. Best to have an in person consultation with an eyelid expert.

Q: Large white bump post blepharoplasty (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PerryFebruary 25, 2024

A: You have an inclusion cyst along the incision line. This can easily be removed in the office. Best to see an eyelid expert.
