Aesthetic Surgery Centre in Tacoma
This is an update to my breast augmentation surgery review (Motiva Preserve Ergonomix 11 cm, 315cc Full implants). I am almost 2 months post-op and feel wonderful! Sometimes I even forget that they are there! My breasts are relaxing nicely and no longer look fake. I know a lot of us take that surgery bra off for the first time and want to cry because our breasts look like 2 melons glued to our chests. This will pass quite quickly in my experience and the results will be worth it. I feel more like myself and confident in my appearance more. As for any post-op issues I had… they were very minimal, and nothing related to a surgery issue. Just my body getting accustomed to the implants. My breasts were very tender and the scars started to heal so they would itch. That was rough.
I did have some skin sensitivity and nerve zings but they were short lived. I read an article that actually helped with those symptoms a lot for me and thought I would share in case anyone wants to try it: Take a scarf or other item that is made of silk or satin. Use this to gently rub the irritated skin once or twice a day to help your skin get used to the feeling of fabrics again and reduce the sensitivity. This helped me immensely and within a week or less I had barely an issue anymore! It was also suggested if the symptoms get better but are still present to start moving up to other fabrics that are not as soft, such as cotton.
I have attached photo updates to show the progress and hope this helps anyone thinking of the same procedure.

Wonderful Experience
I had Motiva Preserve Ergonomix 11 cm, 315cc Full implants placed on 5/26/2026, and my experience with Dr. Ehret and his team was exceptional from start to finish.
From my very first phone call, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I was able to get a consultation in a timely manner and schedule my surgery the very same day. The payment process was simple and convenient, and I was able to take care of everything during that appointment.
Dr. Ehret’s assistant, Amanda, was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to my questions, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and well cared for.
One thing I especially appreciated was that Dr. Ehret never pressured me toward a particular procedure or implant size. He carefully took measurements, explained my options, and showed me what would work best for my body and frame. The imaging process was incredibly helpful because it allowed me to see how different sizes and profiles would look on my own body from multiple angles. I also had access to the images afterward, which gave me time to review everything at home and make a confident decision. At no point did I feel rushed.
On the morning of surgery, I waited only a few minutes before being called back. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They thoroughly reviewed my information, answered all of my questions, and explained exactly what they would be doing. Dr. Ehret personally completed multiple measurements and markings before surgery and took the time to address any remaining concerns.
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort provided before the procedure. I walked into the operating room, where they gave me a warm air blanket and adjusted my pillow to make me comfortable.
The next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery with two wonderful nurses taking care of me. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me water and applesauce, helped me get dressed when I was ready, and ensured I felt stable before escorting me out to my car.
I even managed to leave my glasses behind. The office contacted my husband right away and had them ready for pickup when he arrived, which was greatly appreciated.
My post-operative appointment was just as positive as the rest of the experience. Dr. Ehret carefully checked my incisions, answered my questions, and provided clear instructions for recovery. The entire process was seamless, and my pain has been very minimal.
I highly recommend Dr. Ehret and Aesthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their patients made this an outstanding experience from beginning to end.
