Dr Pratt is very good at explaining the procedure and what to expect. After surgery he was available by telephone and his response time was quick. Dr Pratt has an approachable personality that puts you at ease.

I recently had my 2nd procedure by Dr.Pratt. It was a big decision for me so I had several consultations, one in LA, two in Kirkland and of course with Dr. Pratt. I know Dr. Pratt well and trusted him with my life literally. I ultimately chose him to do my surgery. My healing took some extra time due to an infection, “No fault of Dr. Pratt”, he was INCREDIBLY attentive, literally texting me on the weekends to follow my progress which ultimately was fine after some antibiotics. I am now 90 days post-op and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. Being in my 50’s I noticed my face aging, loose skin etc. I literally hated looking in the mirror. Dr. Pratt is an incredibly skilled plastic surgeon and takes his work very serious. I am very happy with my decision to trust him. I recently traveled back to LA, I ran into a very well known surgeon there, he complimented my results and agreed that Dr. Pratt is a very detailed and incredibly skilled surgeon. I understand that surgery is a serious decision, especially when it is on your face, and I can honestly say I would never let anyone touch my face other than Dr. Pratt.

Dr. Pratt was always available for the bumps along the road of recovery. He is companionate and sensitive to my needs. I am a bit of a baby and he took great care of me. I have had 3 procedures done by Dr. Pratt and was satisfied with all of my results. Dr. Pratt has an excellent bedside manner and explains what he is doing very well.

I had my eyelid repaired with Dr. Pratt a few years ago. I was asymmetric and embarrassed of the way my eyes looked. I always looked tired and found myself trying not to make eye contact with people or avoid taking photos with family and friends. Now that Dr. Pratt has repaired my eyelid, I am completely confident, my symmetry is spot on and I couldn't be happier with my outcome. He is extremely kind, intelligent and made me 100% comfortable. His staff was well informed, helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Pratt and his team to anyone!

You may not see as many negative reviews due to the difficulty a victim has in coming forward. Last year, Dr. Pratt and his insurance company offered money in exchange for signing a confidentiality agreement. I decided that posting this honest review of a botched procedure was the best decision. Dr. Pratt's mid face lift procedure resulted in disfigurement and permanent scaring in very visible places on my face. His post operative notes detailed the need for correction. I would have to wait an undetermined period of time for my skin to loosen enough to attempt a revision. There was no hiding these scars and it affected my ability to work and enjoy socializing. The overly elongated earlobes with scaring in front of them screamed botched facelift! The agreement to repair the issue wasn't in writing so when the short statutes of limitations ran out, so did his caring attitude. I was shooed away to his colleague who suggested another facelift with all the risks and expense would be necessary. I would rate my experience with Dr. David V. Pratt minus 100 stars

At 60 I decided to get a lower facelift. After a consultation with Dr. Pratt and based on other’s recommendations I scheduled my surgery with him. He did an excellent job, I couldn’t be more pleased. The look is very natural and refreshed, it is not obvious that I’ve had plastic surgery. Dr. Pratt gives you all the time you need to ask questions. After the surgery you have a lot of follow up appointments to make sure you are healing well. I am very impressed with the office and staff. If I ever require cosmetic surgery agin I will go back to Dr. Pratt. Even my little sister said after seeing the results of my surgery she wants to go to Pratt when she’s ready for her lower face lift.
