Dr Pratt is very good at explaining the procedure and what to expect. After surgery he was available by telephone and his response time was quick. Dr Pratt has an approachable personality that puts you at ease.
I recently had my 2nd procedure by Dr.Pratt. It was a big decision for me so I had several consultations, one in LA, two in Kirkland and of course with Dr. Pratt. I know Dr. Pratt well and trusted him with my life literally. I ultimately chose him to do my surgery. My healing took some extra time due to an infection, “No fault of Dr. Pratt”, he was INCREDIBLY attentive, literally texting me on the weekends to follow my progress which ultimately was fine after some antibiotics.

Dr. Pratt was always available for the bumps along the road of recovery. He is companionate and sensitive to my needs. I am a bit of a baby and he took great care of me. I have had 3 procedures done by Dr. Pratt and was satisfied with all of my results. Dr. Pratt has an excellent bedside manner and explains what he is doing very well.

I had my eyelid repaired with Dr. Pratt a few years ago. I was asymmetric and embarrassed of the way my eyes looked. Last year, Dr. Pratt and his insurance company offered money in exchange for signing a confidentiality agreement. I decided that posting this honest review of a botched procedure was the best decision.
