After wanting a breast reduction since I was 15, I finally decided at 31 that it was time to take the next step. I consulted with several different plastic surgeons in Tacoma and the surrounding areas, but Dr. Hayes was hands down my top pick the moment I met her.
She is incredibly kind, warm, and detail-oriented. She truly listens to your concerns and stays current on all the latest techniques, ensuring that the results are as aesthetically pleasing as they are practical. I even embarrassingly started crying at my post-op appointment because I was just so overwhelmed with happiness. Female plastic surgeons like her are truly unicorns. I cannot recommend Dr. Hayes enough!!
