Advanced Cosmetic Surgery - Greenville

After searching for several years to find a proven treatment to remove precancers (AK's, etc.) for sun damage I finally found a highly reputable physician who was able to get the job done. Dr. Don McFadden of Advanced Cosmetic Surgery in Greenville, SC, utilizing a laser normally used for skin resurfacing, Erbium, and a technique he developed, accomplished my goals. Because of especially heavy sun damage to my forehead, Doc recommended, after 8 weeks, a second procedure for which I am recovering from presently. I fully expect the same wonderful results as the first. My wife, also an MD, who refers exclusively to Doc in his specialty and has, herself, performed hundreds of surgeries in another area of medicine, heard from her own patients how excellent He and his entire staff are in the plastic field and about his knowledge and technique in this procedure. In recent years, I have had to have multiple Mose surgeries because my AK's did not respond to other lasers and peels and matured to basal cells and melanomas. My wife and I feel, at last, that we on the right path to success. We both give Doc McFadden and ACS not 5 but 10 stars in all areas of their practice! Absolutely wonderful folks to deal with also.

I decided to try Newtox based on reviews and largely on cost. Considering it is $2.00+ less per unit than Botox in my area and the units are comparable in size; I decided to give it a try. I usually purchase 20 units of Botox at a time, 3x a year, so I decided to purchase 30 units of Jeuveau. I usually get my injections in between my eyes (my glabellar lines), my crow's feet and a very small amount on my forehead. I had the same areas treated with Jeuveau and just like reviews prior, noticed results within a couple of days. Now that it's almost been 2 months since my injections I can clearly see that the Jeuveau did not work as well on my crow's feet, not nearly as well. It did; however, work very well on my glabellar lines and although my forehead is not a real problem area, it has continued to look smooth. I am 52 years of age and try to be conservative while maintaining a youthful appearance for my age. Moving forward, I will use Jeuveau for my forehead and glabellar lines, but Jeuveau did not compare to Botox where most women first see the telltale signs of age; their crow's feet. Botox is still King in my opinion but I am thrilled that other companies are trying to compete, especially for us; the consumers!

Votiva is the Best Friend Forever for every mom!

After having kids I am not the worst case but definitely not the best case me either. Votiva has helped me in many ways. Post-partum I suffered from extreme dryness. I have seen my OBGYN for recommendations and they said eventually my body will regulate my hormones and I’ll go back to normal. 2 years post child I’m still dry and I’m still waiting…. I have tried many products and other recommendations from my OBGYN to help relief the discomfort. Temporary relief was the best I could get from anything over the counter.

He was very supportive so I made an appointment and treated same day. My Nurse Practitioner was very professional and informed me of potential downtime. So I forgot to mention I know I had a kid and all but let’s not forget I have a zero pain tolerance. Like the kind of no tolerance like eyebrow waxing I’m crying type of girl. So when I say I was nervous it would hurt I was reallllly nervous. This treatment has zero pain like nothing no discomfort at all. I was super relieved because I kept waiting for it to hurt and it didn’t!! My downtime was super minimum as well. I applied Vaseline for a couple days and I was slightly warm for a couple hours post treatment I didn’t even notice really. When it comes to was it worth it or not I can’t shout to the roof tops loud enough VOTIVA IS WORTH IT!!! I KID YOU NOT I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER!!!! I have had instantly WHAT yeah I said it INSTANTLY felt relief from dryness. It’s been 11 weeks and I still feel an ungodly amount of relief. Also it’s a total bonus that everything and I mean everything is back where it was before baby. Hubby definitely notices. If you have any concerns and think Votiva could help I strongly recommend you reach out to your local plastic surgeon and book this ASAP.

I love Advanced Cosmetic Surgery! I have done several skinpen treatments light chemical peels and facials with McKenzie I am so please with my skin. Dr. McFadden did my Jawline tightening and I couldn't be happier, he did phenomenal. I feel more confident and younger thank you ACS!

Advanced Cosmedic Surgery is the best. From the time you walk in until you leave you are treated not only professionally, but with respect. The front desk is so friendly, I never have waited more than 5 min to be called back for my procedure. Every aspect of your procedure is explained and all questions answered. Results are always awesome! You never feel as if you are rushed. I would not go any where else for any Cosmedic procedure!

I have had the BBL/IPL laser treatment done 3 times at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, and I see amazing results in my skin. Not only did my rosacea become less noticeable, my skin feels so much more smooth now! They numb the area being treated so it is a pretty painless experience. The treatment itself feels like a pin prick and just tingles a bit afterwards.

That is a MAJOR problem people. Your doctor/nurse must understand your face and muscle structure along with history to inject for best results!)

I've seen (and others always ask how) years shed from my face... glowing skin, no wrinkles, full lips and skin...all because I entrusted ACS and Dr. McFadden for the last 5 years. The staff knows the perfect amount to enhance and not over fill.

I have been getting botox for over 14 years (I'm 41 now). About 7 years ago I started to notice that upon getting injections, my forehead wrinkles would not disappear as they once did. When I went to ACS with this problem, they were experienced with handling patients that had similar "immunities" to injectables.

Dr. McFadden was able to position the shots exactly where I needed and used a type of botox that actually worked.  I'm incredibly thankful for him and the staff at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for solving this problem and letting me continue wrinkle free for the past 7 years!

I have been to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery for quite a few things in the last 2 years. I've had amazing results and I am prone to scarring. No scarring with Dr. McFadden. Just had a mole removed. Local anesthetic, it was over and done in no time. I trust this man with a scalpel, he knows what he's doing!

my total cost is roughly what I've spent in total over the past 4 years of coming to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. I've had breast implant removal (without replacement) with lift, liposuction on my abdomen and hips, Botox for face, Juvederm for lips- I trust no one else. Their work is EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!! Wonderful staff at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. I love this office! It's your best one stop shop for everything. I go here for facials and botox treatments. I was quite nervous and afraid of getting Botox at first. However, the nurses are highly trained and very professional. They address any problems and concerns you have before and after treatment. Ashley the esthetician is absolutely amazing! I wouldn't trust my skin with anyone else!
