Best Botox administrator in town!
I have been getting botox for over 14 years (I'm 41 now). About 7 years ago I started to notice that upon getting injections, my forehead wrinkles would not disappear as they once did. When I went to ACS with this problem, they were experienced with handling patients that had similar "immunities" to injectables.
Dr. McFadden was able to position the shots exactly where I needed and used a type of botox that actually worked. I'm incredibly thankful for him and the staff at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for solving this problem and letting me continue wrinkle free for the past 7 years!

I started going exclusively to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for my routine botox, filler and skin care 5 years ago. (Prior to that, I was going to whatever practice had the best deal. That is a MAJOR problem people. Your doctor/nurse must understand your face and muscle structure along with history to inject for best results!)
I've seen (and others always ask how) years shed from my face... glowing skin, no wrinkles, full lips and skin...all because I entrusted ACS and Dr. McFadden for the last 5 years. The staff knows the perfect amount to enhance and not over fill.

Super cute photos, thank you for sharing them and your review!
How long does Botox last for you?
LIPS: So I always get touch up filler in my lips annually. Doc or his RN injects around the frame of my lips (to get out the little tiny wrinkles). He normally doesn't touch the top bow of my lip. I always ask for them to plump up my lips, but the ACS team suggests conservative injections and then storing any extra and coming back to use it if I don't like the results. I've only ever come back once, because they are normally right lol. Duck lips are not attractive they tell me!
FACE: I also got filler in my smile lines outside of my mouth (Nasolabial folds). This was the 3rd time I got it in this location over the past 7 years. I find that it lasts longer than my lips (typically 2 years). I think I remember Dr. McFadden telling me that it helps promote collagen growth so this may be why. He also went in and did a tiny procedure (no pain) to disconnect a muscle in my smile (reverse dimplectomy). He said this will help with those deep smile wrinkles from forming. I just had this done 6 months ago. It took him 15 minutes, but I see a huge improvement when I smile.
EYES: I also have gotten filler under my eyes for dark circles...lack of sleep lol. This was intimidating at first, but it truly helped fill in the "sunken" look.
FOREHEAD: I have gotten botox for over 11 years. In the past year, I've grown a resistance to it. Doc mentioned this is a newly known problem, but there are a few ways to get effective botox. First, expert placement is imperative. He always does a muscle study on me to understand the movement and inject into the right place. Also, there is a new "botox" product on the market that has great results for people who have formed a resistance. I can't remember the name, but they will know.
IMPORTANT CARE:
1. Don't drink wine or take asperin a few days before having any injections...as it thins your blood and causes bruising.
2. Injections don't hurt me, but I'm use to them. They do use a numbing creme so you will not feel anything.
3. I work full time, I have always been able to immediately go back to work. I usually leave holding icepacks to the area to help prevent bruising. If anything, I bring my concealer with and touch up. There has been 1 time that my lip bruised a little but I covered it with a product called "Amazing Cosmetics/Amazing Concealer".
I hope this helps.

Thanks for your update! It's brilliant to read how you're getting on with your treatments.
