I have been to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery for quite a few things in the last 2 years. I've had amazing results and I am prone to scarring. No scarring with Dr. McFadden. Just had a mole removed. Local anesthetic, it was over and done in no time. I trust this man with a scalpel, he knows what he's doing!

Dr. McFadden and his staff are ALL very personable, and professional. Most comforting is how they ALL take a genuine concern & interest. They are on time, fast, but if you want them to slow down and explain they will drop everything to do just that. I've had plenty of different "cosmetic" type treatments there, and I'm a guy. So what!? We go to the gym, wash our car... why can't we care about our face?
