I don’t have enough amazing things to say about Dr Mascaro. Wow where to begin? I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mascaro. From my very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. I had a lip lift, under-eye skin pinch, and CO? laser, and the results are absolutely beautiful… refreshed, youthful, and very natural. I look like the best version of myself, not overdone in any way. I also had zero pain during or after surgery, and my recovery was smooth and easy. Dr. Mascaro is phenomenal. I had a facelift, fat grafting, rhinoplasty, and CO2 laser under the eyes, and the results are beyond what I hoped for — I still look like me, just 15 years younger. He was patient, did four consults to ease my nerves (this was my first surgery ever), and made both me and my family feel completely comfortable. Traveling from MA to FL was worth it a thousand times over. At 45, he gave me back confidence I thought I’d lost forever. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I had liposuction on my inner/outer thighs with Renuvion, plus high-def lipo on my abdomen, hips, and back with Dr. Johanna D’Agostino at 5th Avenue Plastic Surgery in 2023. The results are beyond amazing! Dr. D’Agostino is not only exceptionally talented but also an artist in her field. Her expertise, precision, and aesthetic eye have given me results that exceeded my expectations. Dr. D’Agostino is patient, caring, compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in her patients. I could not be more thrilled and highly recommend her. The 5th Avenue Plastic Surgery facility and staff are outstanding — a modern, state-of-the-art practice with professional, caring staff. They offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red-light therapy in addition to their beautiful surgery and recovery facilities. I could not recommend them more highly!

I just wanted to share that Dr. Mascaro also performed a brow lift and blepharoplasty on me. It does take some time to fully settle, but the end results are truly worth it (took nearly 8-9 months for me to really love it). Even more reassuring, though, is Dr. Mascaro’s exceptional communication and follow-up during the months when things don’t feel quite perfect. He’s always willing to listen and address any concerns to ensure everything turns out just right.

I had lip surgery with Dr. Mascaró a year ago, so this review comes after some real time to reflect, it’s not just a post-op high. What stood out most to me was his straightforward and honest approach, no fluff, no confusing talk, just clear communication and professionalism from the start. That gave me a strong sense of trust in him and his work. I also want to thank his team, they were incredibly responsive and kind, always getting back to me quickly with answers to my questions. That kind of communication really helped me feel safe and supported throughout the process. I would definitely consider returning for future treatments.

Dr. D’Agostino did an amazinggggg job with my procedure. She took the time to understand what it was that I wanted to do and she absolutely nailed it. After I was all healed, I was excited to go show her how it turned out. I couldn’t be happier and I feel more confident after having done the procedure. Definitely do a consult with her!

Incredible doctor. I had a phenomenal lip lift but I want to warn people about a brow lift. Do your due diligence. Ask the right questions. I went in for a consult for a Bleph and he said I was a candidate for a brow lift as well. I have regretted it since day one. It’s now been 7 months and I am trying sooooo hard to be patient for it to settle. But it’s become apparent it completely changed my look. I HATE photos of myself now. I had Botox trying to settle it. And worst of all I used to look 5 years younger than my actual age and in the last 6 months have been called old! My self esteem has really crashed. Mascaro is a great doc. love love my lips. Referred many friends to him…:: But I wish I had slowed down and just did the Bleph that I thought I needed and not this raised brow , tiny-old-lady-eye I am now dealing with. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Updated on 26 Apr 2025: I received a few messages about Mascaro- He is a really great doctor. Truly. Just really do your due diligence and ask the right questions. I wish I would have asked “Will this change the shape of my eyes? “ My almond shaped eyes were better than the shape of them now in my opinion, I don’t look bad, just different and I don’t photo well. Anyways- either the bleph made my eyes too hollow or the brow lift pulled horizontal and not enough on the sides so they just look more round and slanted downward than the almond like before. But I would still go back to Mascaro but next time be more direct with the outcome I am looking for. (Plus I also had another doctor virtually recommend I need a bleph which I thought was odd considering I had just done it!)
