54 yo mother of two from Castle Rock, Colorado initially located the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Denver, Colorado, from an add she saw in the Womens Edition magazine. She presented four years ago for evaluation of stress incontinence as well as undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva and vaginal looseness. At that time she underwent a series of CO2 fractional resurfacing of the vagina with excellent improvement in vaginal lubrication and urinary incontinence. She continues to be an avid athlete and notices stress incontinence only with very exertional activity. She returns to the office ready to address the aesthetic appearance of her Vulva. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination which revealed bilateral and symmetric major hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation of labia minora, excess redundant bilateral lateral prepuce with ptosis, anal skin tags and a perianal tag. After discussing with Dr. Aguirre all surgical and nonsurgical options, she chose to move forward with Aesthetic Vulvar Surgery, but wanted to avoid a mesh sling so she chose The Viveve Treatment to reduce her stress incontinence. Dr. Aguirre performed an in-office awake Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction, and Clitoropexy with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to surgical site, Excision of Anal Skin Tags and Excision of Perianal Skin Tag. 40 yo mother of three from Denver, Colorado self-referred to renowned Cosmetic Surgeon and Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Parker, Colorado to address vaginal looseness. She has a lifelong history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva due to large and dark labia minora. She has also been bothered by a 20-year history of vaginal looseness following her vaginal deliveries. She has been married for many years and both her and her husband noticed decreased sexual pleasure and sexual difficulties. Dr. Aguirre performed a through pelvic examination which revealed mild urethral hypermobility and posterior compartment relaxation. Distally there are torn pelvic floor muscles contributing to her laxity and her husband falling out. There is bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation and redundant lateral prepuce with ptosis. Her G-Sot region is non-sensitive. After discussing all surgical and non-surgical options she decided to move forward with in-office procedures as recommended. Dr. Aguirre performed in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery, under local anesthesia, consisting of Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora and Clitoral Hood Reduction and Clitoropexy with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to Surgical Wounds. She returned to the office for her regularly scheduled postop visits, healing nicely and very happy with her surgical results. She was also found to be an excellent candidate for Vaginoplasty to address her vaginal looseness; however due to the current Covid-19 pandemic she has decided to move forward with nonsurgical vaginal rejuvenation in the form of the LOV treatment which consists of Laser Vaginal Resurfacing FemiLift series, O-Shot and Viveve (Radiofrequency Introital Tightening). She will return for the remaining treatments to finish the series as recommended.

49 yo mother of two from Morrison, Colorado with a 23 year history of undesired cosmetic appearance of her vulva located the office of renowned Cosmetic Surgeon and Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Denver, Colorado from an internet search on Labiaplasty. Since her second vaginal delivery she has noticed changes to her vulva that have progressed. She has been bothered by decreased vaginal sensation, which has worsened and worsening labia minor asymmetry, darkness and laxity, contributing to her being very self-conscious and inability to relax during sex. This has affected her ability to enjoy intercourse and have orgasms which she reports faking her orgasms twenty percent of the time. This has become very bothersome to her since she never used to have these issues. Dr. Aguirre performed a through pelvic examination which revealed changes consistent with an aging vulva. There is labia majora laxity and deflation as well as labia minora asymmetry, hypertrophy and hyperpigmentation. There is redundant lateral prepuce on the left with ptosis, excess perineal skin and three anal tags. Internal vaginal exam revealed slightly enlarged introitus and poor lubrication present. Following examination she and Dr. Aguirre discussed, in detail, all surgical and non-surgical options. She was found to be an excellent candidate for an in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery. Dr. Aguirre discussed a labia majora puff versus labia majora reduction, which she chose to proceed with the more conservative route with regards to her majora. She decided to proceed with surgery and scheduled a Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction with PRP to surgical wounds, and Excision of Excess Perineal Skin and Anal Skin Tags. She was also treated with non-surgical Labia Majora Puff, Laser Vaginal Resurfacing with FemiLift and Radiofrequency Introital Tightening with Viveve. Dr. Aguirre performed a thorough pelvic examination which revealed the vulva is significant for bilateral labial hypertrophy with hyperpigmentation, redundant lateral prepuce with ptosis, excess perineal skin, and multiple anal skin tags. She was found to be an excellent candidate for fractional CO2 resurfacing of the vagina FemiLift Series, radiofrequency introital tightening with Viveve, and an O-Shot. She was also found to be an excellent candidate for in-office aesthetic vulvar surgery in the form of Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood Reduction, and Clitoropexy with PRP to surgical wounds as well as Excision of Multiple Anal Skin Tags. After discussing all surgical and non-surgical options she decided to proceed with the non-surgical feminine rejuvenation options as well as definitive surgical vulvar surgery and scheduled for the next available surgical time. This 45 year old female complained of laxity and loss of volume of the labia minora and majora. She received the non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation treatment, Geneveve by Viveve. These are her results immediately after the treatment. Results will continue to improve over the next four weeks.

47 yo mother of two from Colorado Springs, Colorado was self-referred to the office of Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist and renowned Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Oscar Aguirre of Denver, Colorado through an internet search on Vaginal Laxity. She has a five year history of decreased pleasure with sex. She also reports minor urinary incontinence, especially after voiding. She did have a laser vaginal resurfacing treatment two years prior and did notice a reduction of her urinary incontinence symptoms. She primarily wants to improve sexual function. During consultation with Dr. Aguirre she relayed that she is unhappy with the older-looking appearance of her vulva, especially deflated labia majora. Thorough pelvic exam by Dr. Aguirre reveals aging labia majora with deflation and skin laxity. There is an enlarged genital hiatus of 4.5 cm and a decreased size perineal body of 2.5 cm. She performs a good pelvic floor contraction. There is urethral hypermobility present and a stage II posterior compartment relaxation with excellent uterine and apical support. Her distal floor muscles do not tighten at the entrance. Her clitoris and G-Spot are somewhat dull. Patient examination was performed with a chaperone present and her observing with a handheld mirror. All surgical and non-surgical options were discussed in detail with patient. She was found to be an excellent candidate for a nonsurgical feminine rejuvenation, including Viveve treatment for introital laxity and an O-Shot to improve orgasm function. Both treatments will also reduce urinary incontinence symptoms. If she wishes improved sensation deeper in the vagina then she would benefit from laser vaginal resurfacing in the form of FemiLift. She would also benefit from a Vampire Puff procedure. She decided to move forward with the Viveve treatment, O-Shot and Vampire Puff of the Labia Majora. She returned to the office for her regularly scheduled postop appointments with excellent results.
