before and after breast lift with breast augmentation. This patient had significant weight loss and wanted a breast lift to lift and shape her breasts and a breast augmentation to add volume. I did a breast lift repositioning her nipple/areolar complex to the correct position on the chest and shaping her breast. For the augmentation is used a silicone gel gummy bear SoftTouch 345cc moderate profile.

This patient had aging implants and a double bubble deformity. She wanted more volume, upper pole fullness and cleavage. I removed her old implants and replaced with a COHESIVE 615cc silicone gel gummy bear implant. To fix her double bubble deformity I repaired her pectoralis muscle by suturing it back to it's insertion point on her chest. I think transitioned the new implant to a subfascial location above the muscle. I expanded the pocket in the superior and medial orientations. I also used a Galaflex internal bra to support the implant and help hold it in position.

This Patient underwent a breast revision by removing her 400cc HP Saline Implants with a Secondary augmentation of 475cc Mod+ Silicone implants and the Insertion of Galaflex to Reinforce the IM Fold of her Left Breast.

25-34 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision, Strattice, AlloDerm

This 48 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 128 pounds. She has had two children that she breastfed. She had saline breast implants placed under the muscle, with a lift around the areola, 11 years earlier. She presented because her left implant has fallen over the years and is now showing significant rippling. She is also unhappy with her implant animation; the way the implants move out to the side when she flexes her pectoralis muscles that the implants are under. The 11 year old saline implants were removed from under the muscle, new Allergan highly cohesive, 385cc, full profile implants were placed above the muscle, and were reinforced with an internal bra, (ADM/Strattice). Her results have now been maintained for a little over a year, 13.5 months.

This 32 year old female had breast augmentation many years ago at another clinic using a 240 cc submuscular saline implant. Over the years, the implant on her right side bottomed-out while she was standing upright and lateralized when she layed on her back. Dr. Scott Sattler replaced both implants with similar sized smooth round silicone implants. We used a Strattice ADM graft to create an internal bra to support the new implant. She is delighted with the correction in her breast implant malposition. Her post-op photos were taken about eight months after her revisionary breast implant surgery.
