Only ONE MONTH LATER, the patient has virtually no signs any surgery was performed at all! Best of all, she is now CURED OF CANCER.

	This gentleman had Mohs surgery (skin cancer excision) of his nose performed by a Mohs Surgeon and came to me for the reconstruction. I utilized a combination of an advancement flap and a rotation flap to repair the excision site. This was done under local anesthesia in the office and took approximately one hour. He is shown 3 months following the repair and is quite happy with his outcome.

Pt had BCC under her L eye and was very concerned about the surgery affecting her vision and facial features. I performed a skin graft that healed beautifully and now the surgical site is unnoticeable.

This patient had a history of BCC on both of his ears and had undergone Mohs surgery before, leaving the structure of his helix damaged. This multi-stage reconstruction consisted of using pre-laminated cartilage to perform a retroauricular interpolation flap. The patient is incredibly happy with his results and is thrilled that he can still wear his hearing aids.

This lovely patient had an unfortunate skin cancer of the lower lip. After her Dermatologist removed the lesion she was left with a fairly large defect of the lip. We were able to quickly repair and reconstruct her lip and we are all so happy with how well she's been healing at 2 months out from surgery.
