Only ONE MONTH LATER, the patient has virtually no signs any surgery was performed at all! Best of all, she is now CURED OF CANCER.

	This gentleman had Mohs surgery (skin cancer excision) of his nose performed by a Mohs Surgeon and came to me for the reconstruction. I utilized a combination of an advancement flap and a rotation flap to repair the excision site. This was done under local anesthesia in the office and took approximately one hour. He is shown 3 months following the repair and is quite happy with his outcome.

This 44-year-old patient underwent Mohs surgery to remove a skin cancer lesion near her upper lip. In the before photo, stitches are visible, highlighting the fresh surgical scar. Six weeks later, the after photo shows a remarkable improvement in the scar's appearance. The area has healed well, with a softened scar that blends more naturally into the surrounding skin. This case demonstrates the effective healing and aesthetic improvement possible with post-surgical scar management.

This lovely patient had an unfortunate skin cancer of the lower lip. After her Dermatologist removed the lesion she was left with a fairly large defect of the lip. We were able to quickly repair and reconstruct her lip and we are all so happy with how well she's been healing at 2 months out from surgery.

This 44-year-old patient underwent Mohs surgery for a lesion near the corner of her mouth, followed by six weeks of healing. The before photo shows the immediate post-surgical result, with visible stitches and a healing wound. In the after photo, taken several weeks later, the area has healed remarkably well, with minimal scarring and restored skin texture. This is a great example of how advanced surgical techniques and proper aftercare can achieve excellent cosmetic and functional outcomes.
