This 48 year-old female was considering a lower eyelid blepharoplasty (surgery) in hopes of achieving a more rested and refreshed look. Photos demonstrate before and immediately after injection of Juvederm Ultra Plus (two syringes) for cheek and midface augmentation and Belotero (one syringe) to the tear troughs- both treatments were performed using a blunt-tipped microcannula for bruiseless and pain-free injections.

This is a good example of how important the cheeks are in treating the eyes. In augmenting the cheeks it supports her eyes. In this woman's case we needed to treat both her cheeks and under eyes. She received one syringe of Perlane and one syringe of Restylane to her tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and a small amount to her nose and lips.

Our patient is a regular who has been coming to us for years for all his facial sculpting needs. He loves an angular, sharp look to his features and trusts only us to provide that to him.
