This patient wanted to remove her silicone implants that were placed 11 years ago. She had 275 cc implants placed underneath the muscle through an incision under the breast. With time her capsules remained in position on her chest wall and her breasts descended with gravity. She underwent an implant removal with total capsulectomy (en bloc- the entire implant and capsule were removed together in one piece) and an anchor breast lift.
