    This is a 56 year old woman. She wanted improvement all the way around the lower body and upper thighs. A belt lipectomy is performed usually after losing a lot weight from gastric bypass surgery or on your own. The scar goes around the entire waist and is easily hidden by clothing. These after photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
