    This is a 54 year old woman. She came to see the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah about having the excess skin and fat removed from her stomach and waist. She decided to proceed with a belt lipectomy. A belt lipectomy is performed usually after losing a lot weight from gastric bypass surgery or on your own. The after photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
