This young woman felt her nose was too heavy at the bottom.  She had a hanging columella and rounding of the area above the tip.  She was also noted to have a low radix ( the starting point of the nose was too low).  Results are shown 2 years after rhinoplasty.  The rounding has been reduced and the hanging columella corrected.  There has also been some subtle augmentation of the radix to produce  a more balanced elegant nasal profile.
