    This patient was unhappy with the size of her implants and also their placement. She also could feel the edge of her implants because of her very slim build. I replaced her implants with smaller ones and also used a piece of acellular dermal matrix, in this case Strattice, to provide some padding and to keep the implant in the correct position.
