Rhinoplasty - This patient presented with concerns related to chronic nasal obstruction which had failed to improve with medical treatment. She had history of previous rhinoplasty by another surgeon and was not satisfied with results. She had also had previous nasal trauma with some acquired deformity of the nose. Her cosmetic concerns included a wide nasal bridge that was deviated to the left, a hump on the left side of the nasal bridge, and a wide bulbous nasal tip. She underwent open septorhinoplasty to help with her nasal breathing and address her cosmetic concerns.
