    This is a 50-year-old patient who is 5'2" and 140 lbs. who came to Revalla to explore breast reconstruction options after undergoing a Right modified radical mastectomy 18 months previously on the Left (non-cancerous) breast. She had 2 of 22 lymph nodes that were positive, and thus had chemotherapy treatment and radiation. She was between a B- and C-cup on the Left breast. The After photos show the patient 6-months after four fat grafting sessions to the Right breast, and placement of a Silicone Cohesive Gel implant for additional fullness. Symmetry in the Left breast was addressed with augmentation and a lift.
