This is a 49-year-old patient who is 5"7" and 138 lbs. who was diagnosed with DCIS, found in the Right breast. She came in as a 34A-cup, and was hoping to have reconstruction that would allow her to remain approximately the same size after surgery. This patient decided to have a unilateral mastectomy on the Right side, and was a candidate for nipple-sparing surgery. To address asymmetry, the patient elected to have an augmentation of the Left breast. These After pictures are taken at her 1 year follow-up appointment.
