During consultation and evaluation we decided together to perform both an upper and lower blepharoplasty to address the skin above her eyelids and the moderate fat bags below.  The two procedures were performed safely under local anesthesia (with oral sedation with valium) in our office.  She was able to return to work after 3 days and her sutures were removed after one week's time.
