    This is a 34 year old BRCA 1+ female who has chosen to have a Bilateral Prophylactic Mastectomy with Direct to Implant and AlloDerm Reconstruction. She has a B cup breast and would like to be a Full C cup. She had an estimate of 250grams of breast tissue removed and replaced with a 500cc Silicone Implant.
