This patient had large defect of the upper lip at the base of the nose from a Basal Cell Carcinoma. The defect was repaired using a rotation flap based on the labial artery. By hiding the incisions in the natural folds and creases around the mouth, the area can be repaired without disturbing the facial features. In her post-op picture, the nose and lip look completely normal.
