The patient underwent an endoscopic trans-axillary breast augmentation. The use of the axillary incision avoids any scars on the breast. This is a 27 year-old female who is 510 tall and weighs 128 lbs. She had two children that she breastfed. She felt that she lost a significant amount of fullness in her breast afterward. Pre-operatively she wore an A cup bra and desired to be a natural C cup after surgery. Therefore, she underwent a breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryShape tall height, moderate plus profile silicone implants, size 395cc. The implants were placed in a subpectoral pocket via inframammary fold incisions.

	This 24 year female wished to be enhanced with a 300 cc moderate style Mentor implant. She enhanced from a 34A to 36 C cup. She is 5 ft. 8 in. tall and weighs 130 lbs. She is seen here 2 years post op and her inframmary fold incision is nearly imperceptible. She is a patient who will not require a mammogram until she is 35 years old unless she develops any sort of breast examination concerns in that interval. 24 year old female has Breast Augmentation

This is a 33 year-old female who is 53 tall and weighs 130 lbs. She presented to discuss options of body contouring. Approximately 13 years prior she underwent a gastric bypass and lost 150 lbs. Because of the significant weigh loss she had lost all of the fullness in her breasts and desired breast augmentation. Therefore, she underwent a breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round high profile silicone implants, size 500cc. The implants were placed subpectorally via inframammary fold incisions. Post-operatively she was approximately a full D cup. Many women who lose this amount of weight will require a breast lift as well. However, for this patient she was able to achieve her goal with implants alone because her primary problem was loss of tissue fullness rather than loose skin in her breasts.
