This is what the look like now, officially 5 months post op!
They feel pretty much like a natural part of me. I don't feel the implant when I massage any more, when I'm switching positions while laying down, there's almost no remider of me having big silicone bags in my chest (your body has to get used to that!!)
I'm experiencing shoulder pain and have to learn how to have a correct posture with these big breasts now, and I have to strengthening back and shoulder muscels at the gym.
I absolutely enjoy them and believe I have received even more than I hoped for.

You look great girl! That's the strangest feeling I get, when I roll over or bend far forward the way they shift is super odd! Hopefully it'll lessen! If not oh well, I'm getting used to it. Lol

April 19, 2018
Yea I would feel them when I shift my body while laying down and in other similar movements, or while massaging, but it's noticeably subsiding. This improvement happened particularly in the last month for me. PillowTops said her breasts started feeling like totally natural in 6th month for her. I'm at 5 months now and I think that in another month I'll feel them even less and probably be at 100%. Right now I'd say my breasts feel absolutely natural at about 90-95%. Only very rarely in certain situations/positions I kinda feel that the implants are in them.

April 20, 2018
Well you look super natural! In the good way, not the national geographic way lol. I'm pretty anxious to see what changes I'll still make, if any. I notice the biggest difference between the feeling of my upper pole and lower pole. Its definitely former on the lower portion.

April 20, 2018
Thanks!! I think it's the same with me, mostly cause in the upper pole I feel the loose muscle and my own breast tissue, while in the lower pole is where the implant is settled (I had less tissue in lower pole, especially sides), so I think we feel the implant mostly. I just saw your comment saying how side boobs "add" weight. I can testify to this. The wide/more natural shaped, pillowy boobs ("matronly") tend to make you wider and unless you have the hips/butt to compliment and give you the hourglass, and if you're not slender, it can make you look a LOT heavier. That's why I'm working extra hard in the gym now because I have to be really slender/toned now to look slender. I hope that makes sense. haha. But thats what I ultimately wanted: to be slender and lean but retain the hourglass figure. Usually when I was in my normal weight of 120lbs I would be all hips/butt and no boobs, so I always had to carry extra weight to be more proportionate.

April 20, 2018
Completely agree on the muscle and tissue being in the upper pole. I can still see where my muscle and implant are separated in the lower pole... super annoying! And I love that look! I'm hoping when we move I'll be able to find a reasonable gym to start going to. (3 kids make it tough sometimes). I've looked back and I sometimes miss the thin appearance my lack of boobs gave me. Haha but I'd rather just get my ass into a gym, and earn the slim waist. Which btw, you look like you've got the slim part down!

April 20, 2018
@pillowtops sometimes when I say things they come out wrong, or offensive, so i just wanted to clarify! Lol

April 20, 2018
LOL!! Yea I was slim for the 'before boobs" look. Lack of chest makes it very easy to looks slender. Now that I have these wide big boobs I REALLY have to slim down. They are unforgiving! The waist is ok right now (I'm satisfied with the fat I'm losing and have lost so far) but remember it looks smaller because it's in contrast to the width of my boobs. Thats why it looks "snatched" lol. Honestly I need to lose about 10lbs in fat to get to a slender phase I'd feel comfortable in.

April 20, 2018
Haha I agree!!! Who knew getting boobs would be such hard work! Lol but you look great! And I'm sure very proportionate and slim:)

April 20, 2018
Haha thanks. I most definitely look better than ever before and am very happy with my body! I forgot to ask you: what do you mean when you said that you can still see where your muscle and implant are separated in the lower pole?

April 20, 2018
Of course :) and it's kind of like a crease where you can see the difference between my natural breast tissue, and the implant. I'm not sure if I'm explaining it right lol. It wouldn't call it a double bubble though, but I guess it would be similar lol

April 20, 2018
Really? Interesting. Do you think it's gonna go away? Can you see if clearly or do you have to look for it? I've seen some cases where the difference between the two was visible and I think that's what they refer to as double bubble but I'm not sure exactly what you're addressing. Will you post about it, or do you think it's just a part of the healing process?

April 21, 2018
I was told in the beginning that as my implant dropped it would basically blend better/round out at the bottom. From what I've read and seen about double bubbles, its more so when the implant drops below/behind the crease. Which of course was immediately where my my mind went when I first noticed it! The way it looks to me is more so just that my natural tissue and muscle didnt disperse evenly. It's not super noticeable, but if I can capture it in a photo I'll make a post about it. I'm hoping it will get a little better, but it probably wont

April 21, 2018
Oh I see, I think I understand what you're saying. I've seen a few instances (photos) here on RS where ladies pointed that out about their breasts (some noticeable, some barely) I hope it evens out with time for you, but I'm glad to hear that at least it's not noticeable! I'm not too familiar with the differences between double bubble and bottoming out, I've seen examples of both but it looks like the terms are used quite interchangeably so I'm not sure. But I sincerely hope you're not dealing with either and that as you fluff more any difference just blends away.

April 21, 2018
They are both described very similarly! In know I'm definitely not bottoming out at this point. I think where my implants sit behind the nipple is pretty spot on! Either way, if I stay how i am now I'll be perfectly happy with. I do think however that the xhp dont fluff the same as lower profiles so maybe the fact that it doesn't stretch the muscles and tissues the same it doesn't blend as well. And thank you! Time will tell:)

April 21, 2018
Wow your Boobs look amazing, lol never thought I would say something like that. My husband says I'm obsessed with Boobs now :)

April 23, 2018
Haha thank you so much! Yea we have to do a lot of research and look at a LOT of photos:)

April 24, 2018
My560cc's...
Isn't it funny how that happens?!?
I never used to care about or look at boobs...but after figuring out I was "doing this thing", I've seen a ton of boobs and know soooo much more! I was obsessed too for a little bit. I think that's pretty normal when you're trying to figure out what you want and need for your body and goals. And in truth, you never look at boobs the same again. I see women sometimes and wonder...does she have implants? And I NEVER thought of that before except in very extreme circumstances where it was super obvious. lol.
This thing definitely changes our perspective!

Xtra High Profile vs. Moderate Plus: Real Example
I've put together (with the help of my RS friend @aolson6370) a real life example of comparable silicon implants with 2 different profiles: extra high profile and moderate plus profile.
This is a very important decision you and your PS should come to as you prepare for your surgery since profiles can affect the shape of your breast and the overall look of your body.
Top photos are @aolson6370 who has 580cc extra high profile silicone implants.
Bottom photos are me, at 575cc moderate plus profile silicone implants.
@aolson6370 and I share VERY similar body stats and 5ccs of difference in our implants don't make any visible difference.
We are also at a similar stage in our recovery, I believe I got my surgery a couple weeks before her. We're both now at around 4 month mark.
I hope these visual comparisons help you decide and communicate to your surgeon the look you'd like to achieve.
There us also of course High Profile, which would be somewhere between these two pictured implants.
If you read thru my review I'm very specific in the type of result I wanted to achieve: I love the full, natural looking breasts. Kinda like soft, pillow, wide boobs. I'm all about having a lot of side boob and underboob (under nipple tissue), while I am NOT a fan of the upper pole fullness or projection. I wouldn't feel comfortable with that. Everybody has their own vision of how they wanna look and what they feel comfortable with, and there's nothing wrong with that.
My friend who is featured as the top photo in the collage, likes the projection and you can read more about her preferences on her profile (search her username on RealSelf for a great detailed review)
This post is purely educational and it does not promote one shape or person's results over another. I believe @aolson6370 results are beautiful and I'm truly happy for her!
Scroll thru the photos to get more details as we examine these different boob shapes together :)

Such a great post! I think you said everything very well! And the comparisons are perfect! Its crazy how different the profiles look with the same volume. Definitely important for people to look into prior!

April 8, 2018
Awesome I'm so glad you like it!! Thanks for agreeing to do this. Yea even with my research and personal experience, seeing you with a different profile but same volume still surprised me since I've never seen an actual comparison. I've only seen what the implants look like outside the breasts... I hope this helps other ladies who are thinking about BA!

April 8, 2018
It's so hard to find someone with such similarities! I searched and searched pre ba. Which is also probably where I went wrong with my research because it's near impossible! Especially to find someone with such similar stats. Pre appearance and size! But I love being able to see the differences. And I think with the profiles we chose, we both got really close to our wish pics!

April 8, 2018
Ok now I want to do this! Just have to find someone with similar stats & size! Lol This is soooo helpful! When I was researching I couldn't find anything like this is so helpful to see the side by side comparison. Your pre op pics were pretty similar also. Loved this. Thanks so much for sharing ladies!!

April 9, 2018
hahahah yes do it!!! This site is SO hard to navigate :( it takes months to find actual reviews relevant to your own stats/journey. So if you stumble upon somebody who is comparable to you, please do. I think we gotta make it easier for the upcoming BA ladies to see their options and understand the basics of this procedure, that are relatable and relevant to them.

April 9, 2018
i like ur comparisons however i healed very differently than most women on here and have UHP. mine never protruded out as far as hers did and took a very natural appearance with nice upper pole but don’t look obviously fake. but i do like the comparisons

April 9, 2018
Thanks! Yes, that's something to take into consideration: everyone's body is different (breast tissue volume, sagging, breast width/ribcage, overall body height/weight, etc) which is why I chose to do the comparison with @aolson who is extremely close to my body stats, ribcage and also implant size. All of these things have to be taken into consideration when deciding on the profile. In my opinion neither you nor @Aolson don't have that "fake look" with a lot of upper pole fullness, I'm thinking probably cause you went with an implant size fits really well into your body/breast tissue, so the implant settled well and looks natural. However, there is a difference in shape of our implants, which does in the end affect the overall look of the breast. I know my breasts would not look like they do now if I went with High Profile or Extra High or moderate. They would look different with each one. And @aolson's breasts would look different if she picked a different profile. But I do get your point and it's definitely worth it to take into consideration: not one size fits all, but hopefully we help somebody discern better what profile might suit their body/wishes best.

I finally found the specs on my implant, no idea why it was so difficult, I've been trying for months now lol, but anywho, for reference, the 580cc srx implant has a diameter of 13.5cm and projection of 6.4cm

April 14, 2018
Thanks for adding that. I completely forgot to put that in there. I will add it to photo descriptions. My implants stats are: 575cc moderate plus, has a diameter of 14.9cm and projection of 4.6 cm

PillowTops, I was finally able to access my Inbox on this site >.<, some glitch/bug/whatever kept logging me out whenever I clicked on Inbox, saying I don't have the permission... Anyways, I just sent you a reply! :)

GO TO NORDSTROM RACK TODAY!!!
Ladies Nordstrom Rack is having a 25% off sale on CLEARANCE items. They carry so many great bra brands: Freya, Panache, Fantasie, Glamorise, Chantelle, Natori.... And they have BIG sizes!
Small bands, large bands and BIG cups, which is what most of us need.
I just got Natori Yogi sports bra at Nordstrom Rack, which costs $70 (tax included) : https://www.amazon.com/Natori-Womens-Power-Contour-Convertible/dp/B071KNTG8V/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1522454951&sr=8-1&keywords=natori%2Byogi%2Bsports%2Bbra&th=1&psc=1
Except I paid $22 for it at my local Nordstrom Rack today. I can get 3 of them for the price of one (unfortunately they only had 1 left :( )
So go today! You will most likely find a high quality bra or a sports bra for much less than anywhere else.
If you don;t have this store near you, the sale is on their website too but their website selection i in lingerie is very limited. They have so much more in stores.
I'm not absolutely certain if their Return policy covers Clearance too, but it probably does since I wasn't told otherwise.

Well I hope so. Family is coming to visit in a few months and I don't want to have that discussion. Not ever. Lol. (But really. I don't.)
They NEED to make a correction function for our comments!!!!!
But I wore padded and push up bras for years. Increasingly more push up and padding as time passed. So I don't think anyone's figured it out yet. Yay!
I rarely take the simplest route to any conclusion!!! That's perfect.
As far as I know, only ONE person has verbally questioned my boobs. Evidently she asked her husband (who works with my husband) if he thought they were real. And he told my husband about the convo. He didn't get into their specific discussion and my husband didn't get into it either. He said (mu hubby) he just said something to the effect of we'd never had the money for that sort of thing. Total evasion, but in a way that dismissed the idea completely. And it's true! (He doesn't lie either.)
Until this job and this place we never had the money for it. But we knew this move was putting us into a much better financial situation. And we could finally afford something like this. So we did. Thank God! I love my new body so much more. So does my hubby. And most people never question it in any way. As they shouldn't!
Me knowing what I know now, there's more of us out there than I realized... surgery girls...and knowing this tells me even more that it's such a private thing. I do get excited and want to ask people (when I suspect) because I found a potential understanding person. But I never do ask. I wouldn't want anyone to ask me. So I don't pry. Even though I sometimes reallllllly want to! But I digress.
It is soo personal.
I'm just glad in a year and a half I've never had to have that conversation. But now, thanks to you, I realize I don't have to make it so difficult!...it's inappropriate and no need to even talk about it.
But I'll have to figure out how that works for me, specifically. Because I'm a bit more open and don't mind talking to friends about SOME sensitive things. But also, I am private about some things and a Christian, so I don't HAVE to/and sometimes don't, participate either.
Good stuff. Keep it simple! Duh.
Hugs!!
I think I'd like Botox in my forehead now too. (I have that line in between my briws that's genetic for my family! But just a bit.) And I was scared of it for my whole life...not at all now!
