From the moment I first spoke to Dr. Tattelbaum I knew he was going to be the right surgeon for me. He took his time at the first initial consultation, went over every complication, answered all of my questions (that I had at the moment) and really listened to my breast goals. I've been wanting this procedure done for years now but decided to wait until I was over 22 to be eligible for silicone implants. We tried on many different sizers and measured my breast width diameter. He was the very first surgeon to mention that I had asymmetric pectus excavatum which was extremely informative because no other surgeon even mentioned me having that condition at all. He told me exactly what my outcome would be and how I would have a nice cleavage (which I love). My right nipple would be pointing inwards while my left nipple would be trying to point outwards. After doing extensive research on my own I embraced my deformity and still wanted to proceed with the surgery. I also appreciated the fact that he mentioned he only places the implants behind the muscle because that is exactly what I was hoping to do for myself. We tried on 325 Mod+ silicone and 400 High Profile silicone which I both liked. I initially thought I wanted to go for a more natural approach but then as we started to try on larger sizers I started liking what I was seeing. I also knew going into the consultation that there was no way I was going to be able to have an areola incision and he was very clear and confident that, that was not going to be an option for me.
I made a second consultation to finalize a size and after taking multiple photos and having my boyfriend come with me to the consultation we decided to go with 450 high profile silicone implants.

Could you give your circumference around your ribcage? Your stats are close to mine and I'm back and forth on what size to go

Hi!! So I went to a few different consults but they all kept telling me different measurements. I wore a 32A/B PRE-OP if that helps at all. My BWD was around 11.3-8???? I am totally not sure because like I said each surgeon told me a different number every time. Sorry I don't have an exact number for you!

In addition to Dr. Tattelbaum, his staff was exceptionally accommodating as well. Thank you to Pei for always responding so promptly and getting me scheduled in so quickly right after we easily handled my finances. Eve is Dr. Tattelbaum's PA and she's extremely pleasant and I love her optimistic personality. Having such a great supporting staff really made this a easy surgery. I know my journey with the office and Dr. Tattelbaum has just begun but I have no doubt in my mind that I am in great hands.

I purchased tons of bendy straws prior to my surgery, jello, sliced peaches/fruits, unsweetened apple sauce, my favorite yogurts and Gatorade (which my Dr. recommended as well).

I even went ahead and purchased a wedge pillow which has help me immensely. Now you don't have to necessarily go out and get the same $80 one that I did but I do recommend getting one to sleep comfortably. Amazon had many well reviewed pillows. ????

I did experience lots of bloating/constipation but my pre op instructions said to purchase Metamucil and mineral oil which has been a great success.
