This 50 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 115 pounds. She felt the shape of her nose did not fit the rest of her face and disliked the bags and lines of her lower eyelids. She had a rhinoplasty and lower lid blepharoplasty, (lower eyelid lift), completed at the same time. The results are shown at 9 months after surgery.

This woman in her early sixties came to see Dr. Howell for a blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty. She lost a significant amount of weight and had concerns about the loose skin around her eyes. After discussing with Dr. Howell, she chose to go with a closed rhinoplasty and upper and lower blepharoplasty. Since her surgery, she feels like she looks much more rested and refreshed and has been very happy with her results. She is pictured before and three months post-op.

This patient was bothered by the hump on her nose and not being able to breath well. Dr. Balikian preformed a Septoplasty with Rhinoplasty. After only 6 months after surgery can breath perfectly and is thrilled with her results. Her swelling will continue to subside over the next 6 months.

Dr. Holden performed a rhinoplsty for this woman to address her large nose. The tip was downturned but pulled down further when she smiled. He reduced the size of her nose, removed the hump and rebuilt the tip of her nose. He elevated the tip slightly. With the support he placed, her nose did not pull down when she smiled.&nbsp;
