Patient presented with nose concerns consisting of breathing difficulty L&gt;R, dorsal hump, under projecting tip and tip inferiorly rotated. 
Examination of the patient revealed deviated septum, nasal airway obstruction and qualified as a good candidate for primary open rhinoplasty septoplasty for treatment of the aforementioned deformities. 
At 11 months post-op the patient shows increased tip projection, increase tip rotation, reduce dorsal hump and septal straightening.
