Important history- The patient had a prior gastric bypass operation with weight loss ~122 lbs.
Chief complaint: The patient complained of hollow cheeks, sagging jowls, turkey waddle, and wrinkles.
Objective: Create a natural appearing facial rejuvenation with the goal tightening sagging skin, fill in the cheeks, reduce the naso-labio and labio-mental folds, clean up the jowls and create a well defined jaw line, sculpt neck and create an acute neck-jaw angle.
Procedure performed: Lower face lift (cheek and neck lift with SMAS lift and platysma plication).
Time since surgery: 2 months
