This patient underwent a 3-D (Y-SMAS) facelift, facial fat transfer, lower blepharoplasty, CO2 lasabrasion and perioral medical diamond dermabrasionA 3-D (Y-SMAS) facelift is a more complete dissection employing 3 vectors. I consider it like a deep plane facelift but more sculptural and in my experience, it lasts longer and it is more effective for the nasolabial folds.
