	He had it all. Loose skin, fat pad herniations and a droopy corner to the eye. We did it all: upper eyelids with skin and fat removal, lower eyelids with skin and fat removal and lateral canthoplasty to support and lift the corner of the eye.

	Lifting the lateral canthus can be done many ways. This time we created a sling of lower eyelid ligament and attached it right to the orbital bone. This sort of repair is pretty major, but not doing it will lead to droopiness down the road. This way, she will have a great result that lasts.
