    54 year old, 5 foot 6 inch, 131 pound female underwent bilateral mastectomy with immediate silicone implant placement due to left breast lobular carcinoma in situ. 600 cc Moderate-Plus profile Silicone gel implants were used. Photos are taken approximately 5 months out.
