    40 year old female who underwent bilateral nipple sparring mastectomy due to left breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She had immediate reconstruction with tissue expander placement. She also had four cycles of chemotherapy treatment and then final exchange of expanders to permanent implants - 700 cc high-profile smooth, round, silicone gel implants
