Tummy tuck with liposuction of abdomen and flanks. Fat transfer to buttocks (BBL).

This 39 year old mother complained of drooping breasts, but was satisfied with her volume and did not want breast implants. A breast lift (mastopexy) achieved her goals. At the same surgery, a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) tightened her tummy and improved her shape. The thin scars will fade and become inconspicuous with time.

We revised her breast lift, added implants and did a tummy tuck which removed her C-Section scar.&nbsp;

Babies do their damage to both the tummy and breasts.  Here, no lift is required for the breasts.  Implants are all that is required.  The implants were placed under the muscle for the most natural looking result and a lower chance of them becoming too firm.  The nipple approach was difficult with such a small nipple-areola. A tummy tuck repaired her abdominal musculature as well as removed damaged skin.
