    This 45 year old patient had breast ptosis and abdominal wall laxity after childbirth.
    Results shown 12 months after she had a mommy makeover consisting of a mastopexy with augmentation and abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips and lower back. She had subpectoral smooth round moderate profile 371 cc implants placed at the same time as her breast lift and tummy tuck. Patient is 5 ft 6 in tall and weighs 155 lbs.
