    This young man underwent rhinoplasty surgery to reduce the overall width of the nose, to reduce the width of the nostrils, and achieve greater tip definition. The patient sought a natural results which did not look "overly surgical". Following surgery, note the more slender appearance to the nose, increased tip definition and reduced width of the nostrils.
