This woman presented with 2 primary concerns. Her first concern was in regards to her lack of profile and the excess tissue and fullness under her chin. Her second concern was regarding the chronic under eye bags that were persistent since her mid-30's.We decided together to perform a lower facelift and necklift along with placement of a silicone chin implant and a lower blepharoplasty to remove the eye bags. All procedures were performed in our Center under local anesthesia and oral sedation with xanax. No general anesthesia or IV anesthesia was utilized.Her results are significant with major improvement in her profile and facial harmony/balance overall. Her eyebags were successfully removed creating for her a more awake and refreshed appearance.Total procedure time was slightly over 3 hours. Most of her sutures were removed on day 6. She returned to both work and exercise 12 days after her procedures.
