Upper and Lower Lid Blepharplasty

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She had significant hanging skin over her upper eyelids and lashes, more so on her right side. She now has a crisp upper eyelid fold.

This patient had a trichophytic browlift and upper and lower eyelid surgery. By just treating around the eyes can give a wonderful effect of youthfulness of brightness of the face.

This mother of three consulted with us for rejuvenation of her eyes. She stated that her eyelids looked heavy and the skin underneath her eyes seemed overly wrinkled. We decided together to perform an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) along with a fractional CO2 laser treatment of her lower eyelids. Her results demonstrate a natural, well rested appearance (with some very mild temporary pinkness still under her lids (no makeup for these photos) which may persist for an additional week or so).

This 60 year old woman felt her eyes made her look tired all the time. She had an upper and lower blepharoplasty, (eyelid lift), using CO2 laser. This after photo was taken at 1 month.

This long time tobacco user consulted with us for rejuvenation of her eyes.  She complained of excess wrinkled skin and heaviness over her eyelids and looking tired all of the time. In the convenience of our Center, under local anesthesia with oral valium, we performed an upper blepharoplasty and lower eyelid fractional CO2 laser treatment. Her results demonstrate a well rested and natural result.

She was not happy with her tired eyes. In addition to her excess lower eyelid fat and excess upper eyelid skin, she also had deep hollows in her cheeks. She underwent an upper eyelid and subciliary lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a fat transfer to her cheeks and tear trough area- all without general anesthesia.

This patient underwent a typical upper eyelid blepharoplasty. This is a gratifying procedure that takes one hour to complete. The recovery is not painful. The result is natural and very rejuvenating.

My 38 year old patient was complaining of appearing tired and her eye make up was no longer able to cover up the bags and darkness under her eyes. I suggested she undergo a transconjunctival approach to the lower eyelids, to remove the excess fat pockets which was worse on the right, then I also suggested a facial fat transfer to the upper cheeks to improve the darkness and hollows and I suggest CO2 laser skin resurfacing around the eyes to improve the fine lines, wrinkles, tighten skin and raise the brow and upper eyelid skin slightly. Here she is 4 months post op. Her under eye bags are gone, the skin is soft and smooth in appearance and the shadows are&nbsp;removed from the fat transfer. All the procedures were performed under local anesthesia and took about 2 hours to complete.
