We used a very minimal amount of Sculptra to replace volume globally in the face, and create a more sculpted appearance. We used toxin to create a subtle brow life. This patient wanted the results of a facelift without going under the knife. She felt that her face looked heavy and was sinking in. We first rebuilt the structure of the face with Sculptra (3 sessions, 2 months apart) this restored volume, helped with skin integrity, and created width to her face, to gie a more youthful appearance. Then we added a bit of volume to the lips to compliment her face. Toxin was used to smooth out any lines around the forehead and eyes.
