45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

This 45 y/o female was diagnosed with right breast DCIS. Bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies were performed with immediate placement of tissue expanders. Subsequently the tissue expanders were inflated to 660cc. At a secondary surgery, the tissue expanders were removed and replaced with 616cc silicone gel filled implants. She also underwent fat grafting of the upper poles to improve the fullness of her upper breast. She is shown at 2 months postop.
