She had a previous c-section scar which was removed during surgery. The patient has two children. Her height is 5 feet four and her weight is 160 lbs. Age: 45. This woman came to my practice because she had multiple concerns. Her large breasts were causing back and shoulder pain. She wanted to improve the appearance of her abdominal area including the large abdominal scar from a non-elective surgery performed by another surgeon. She also wanted to reshape her flanks and thighs. I performed a Mommy Makeover that included breast reduction with a vertical incision; a complete tummy tuck to tighten her abdominal muscles, remove the old surgical scar, and reshape her belly button; and liposuction of the bra fat, flanks, and both the inner and outer thighs.

This wonderful patient wanted to improve her shape and restore her breasts to a more youthful state. After she explained her goals and her desire not to have a tummy tuck or additional breast scars, we planned to do a mommy makeover with minimal scarring. She is shown 3 months after liposuction and breast augmentation.

This is a mommy makeover done the right way. The patient came in to see several months in advance. She had had three children. When I saw her (we have pictures linked from mommy makeover section), she wasn't obese, but definately overweight. she decided it was time to regain her body. She booked surgery and followed by advice to diet and excerise for three months. When these pictures were taken, she had lost about 20lbs and firmed up her muscles. I was then able to do one session of back lipoconturing via awake smartlipo, followed at another day by a tummy tuck and augmentation mastopexy.&nbsp;

This 48 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has gotten back into great shape after her two children, however, she bothered by the loose skin and separated muscles of her abdomen which will not improve with further workouts. She also wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She had a mommy makeover consisting of an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. She chose 250cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Her results are shown two years after surgery.

This 32 year old mother of 1 had a sub-muscular breast augmentation using Allergan Inspira SSF 370gm implants and an abdominoplasty.
